Perfectly situated just one block from the beach and steps away from the Westside pool in Seaside, ‘Honahlea’, the guest house of ‘Midsummer Night’s Dream’, is ready to host your next beach vacation!

Arrive and make your way to this cottage by meandering down a tranquil and sandy footpath to be warmly greeted by a white picket fence and an inviting open-air front porch, featuring outdoor fans and comfortable chaise lounge seating that overlooks the private front yard. What a fantastic spot to kick back and relax for morning coffee or after a day at the beach!

This beach bungalow provides its guests with a primary bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and a soaker tub. Also on the first floor, guests can enjoy a living/dining area, a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Off the living area is a bonus loft space (best for children) with a ship's ladder and features a futon sleeping twins for two more! Also, this hideaway is located across from the West Side pool, as well as a short walk to private beach access! Allow this retreat to host your next coastal getaway in the lovely Seaside, FL!

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Annual Fall Break Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute little cottage in a perfect location to the pool and beach. The lofted beds were a little too high for our young kids, you’d probably want your kids to be at least 6 to sleep up there safely. The property met all our needs although we did have a scare when my foot broke right through a rotted floorboard on the deck and narrowly missed an injury. Overall the Management company was great and we loved our stay!

Family Spring Break

Seaside was absolutely beautiful and The Homeowners Collection was so lovely to communicate with!! Our cottage was very cozy and fit our family needs! Some things are very dated on the property and could use some touch up or replacement based on the price point. We were overall very content and would stay in Seaside again!! The front porch was our favorite spot to start and end the day!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Honahlea is a cute cottage with a lovely front porch and a great location. The furniture (loveseat and chair) is rather uncomfortable, and the bed is hard as a rock. The bathroom could use some updates, and the bathrom fan only worked intermittently, so it was always damp in there. I would not rent this particular cottage again. The management was very helpful and responsive, and deserves 5 stars.

Charming cottage with the Porch of my Dreams!

Great cozy place, very close to beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful and cozy place for a couple or a small family. This trip it was my wife, our 3 month-old baby, and myself. There’s a set of stairs that go up to a small loft with 2 beds if you have kids old enough to climb ladders. We were just across the street from the pool and 5 min walk to the private beach. We will definitely rent again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage has a lovely porch. It did not have any hangers in the closet and no dresser to store clothes. Possibly a queen sized bed would allow room for clothes storage and cheap dry cleaner hangers would do. I thought the coverings on the furniture were unattractive and added to the feeling of cramped space.

Lovely Cottage!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great place to stay for us. Honahlea was the perfect size for the two of us on a long weekend in Seaside. Being all on one level made the place even better. While it may seem small in the pictures, it is actually perfect for a couple. Plenty of space to move about and it is well stocked for a stay. The front porch was a fantastic place to have breakfast each morning or sip on a glass of wine in the evening.
