Makes me question if I will come back. I paid $250 cleaning fee and I did the cleaning.

Every year (for the past 15 years) I have stayed at One Seagrove Place. Every stay with the exception of this trip has been excellent. There were problems from the get go. The ice machine didn’t work so there was no ice. The refrigerator froze anything that was stored at the bottom shelves. We threw away a lot of food. The dishes were filthy. Some of the glasses had coffee stains and lipstick marks. The floor was dirty. We spent the first part of the day cleaning. The furniture was old, uncomfortable and dirty. There were no dressers in either bedroom. had to change the pillow cases on the bed because they had dirt and mascara on them. The towel rack in the master bath kept falling off the wall and the grab bar in the second bathroom was loose. The doors to the balcony were very hard to open & close. Last but not least , the elevator was broken one evening.

Great Get-Away on 30A

This property was perfectly located near some of the best beach towns. Its location was only topped by the fabulous view and access to a beautiful beach. The condo was clean and quiet, being only one of two units on the floor. The only downside was only one elevator in use while the other was being replaced. Overall, a great stay.

Truly Spectacular View; Average Unit & Property

I’ve stayed in Seagrove dozens of times but never One Seagrove Place. I was disappointed to realize that the beach in front of it is public and was quite crowded in summer peak. There building is undergoing some updates which look like will be great. The units view is absolutely spectacular and it was very nice being one of the only two units on the floor. We could hear our upstairs neighbors a few times, but it was generally quiet. The unit was in good condition. The kitchen is incredibly small and really only fits one person. Cooking was possible but not easy. It is packed with small appliances and tools, but many of them are quite old and could probably use an edit. The bed configuration in the kids room was a very clever use of space but the top bunk is for a very small person. The living area is fairly comfortable. The couch has probably seen better days and many guests although it says the TVs are smart TVs, I would recommend bringing your own Roku or device. The only apps available were Netflix, and a few I haven’t heard of we were not able to download prime, Hulu, or our other go-tos. Also be patient with the remotes when changing channels. The owner had 2 chairs available for guests if you want to lighten your load for packing. Owner communication was great - she was even able to let us in a tad early. Because of the public beach, we would not stay at this property again, but I hope that this review helps you plan your stay.

Amazing host amazing view

This property is absolutely beautiful! It’s not A huge space but the view is perfect. The beach is just steps away from the condo, white sand and crystal clear water. The host was amazing, they were texting with me about any questions I had and even went out of their way to get us into the room a couple hours early. We Will definitely be back.

Seagrove Place

My family and I returned Debbie's unit last minute to visit some friends during the long MLK weekend in January. The condo is centrally located on 30A, it is less than 1.5 miles from Seaside. Debbie was a great host and very responsive to text. The view was incredible and we will definitely be back soon.

Great Beach Condo for Small Groups

This condo is great for a family getaway. It's small but the views and location are worth it!! It was ideal for our family with two young boys. A few things to note for future travelers: the galley kitchen is very small and there is no pantry or food storage solution. There was laundry detergent in the unit (yay!) but the spin cycle on the washer sounds like a jet engine. Bring extra garbage bags if you make more than two bags of trash during your stay! The bottom of the fridge (lower two drawers) were so cold, they froze all the produce in there and we had to throw the stuff out. There is only one other unit on the floor, elevator traffic wasn't bad, and it was perfect for our stay. We saw sea turtles from the balcony and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and location was perfect.

One Seagrove Place has been a family favorite for years. Our condo was on 20th floor this year which I which we could have stayed on lower floor. Condo was clean but furnishing left a lot to be desired, no dresser in bedrooms and beach chairs and accessories were basically unusable due to broken, missing arm rest on chairs or basically unable to open. Thank goodness we brought our own.

Escaping WI Weather

The location of this property and unit were wonderful! We loved being high up on the 20th floor. The beaches weren’t packed with it being the week before spring break which made our stay more enjoyable. The condo no longer offers chair service so that was disappointing. The place they told us to call doesn’t start chair service until March 1st. We liked being close to food and shopping. We rented a golf cart and toured the area. The unit could use some updating (caulk and paint). From the lights flickering, outdated appliances and tired furniture, things could use some attention and replacing to make this unit match the location and the other units available.

Disappointed

Property needs updated, especially kitchen. Unit above was doing jack hammer work last three days. Patio door was very hard to open, needs oiled. Master bathroom toilet leaked at base when flushed. Several dining chairs broken. Wi-Fi was up and down for first week

Great Time

Our room was just what we needed! Debbie was great with communicating. The floors did have a little bit of sand and dirt on them but I do understand that with it being a beachfront condo! The pool could of been a little bigger with the amount of condos at the place. Overall we had a GREAT time and would definitely book here again!!

Family trip to Seagrove

Wonderful communication with owner. Great view of the beach. Very private location since there are only two units on this particular floor. We had a close family rent the other unit, and it was really nice.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I spent a long weekend for our 5 year anniversary in Seagrove. We had the best time! We always love the Seagrove area but this condo is definitely our new favorite! We woke up every morning with a view of the ocean from our bedroom. The condo was very nice and a great location.

Good times and tan lines

Property was great! The condo was great. The ceiling in the bathroom in the master bath is peeling and needs repair, but that wasn’t a a big deal. The view from the condo and the beach were great. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had essentials but we didn’t cook much. It’s was perfect for our girls beach trip! Would definitely rent again.

Cool week at the beach

The accommodations were very comfortable and the view of the beach was great. The beach chair guys were always very attentive and helpful in getting our daily beach camp set up. Although the temps were a little coolish, the sun truly helped make the week most enjoyable and relaxing.
