Very nice place

Views are incredible. NIce furniture on the balcony. The second bedroom which we didn't use was uniquely furnished so allow for more than two children. Excellent communication with owner.

Views Like a cruise ship

Being on the 20th floor means you see the ocean as if you were on the cruise ship without the nuisance of motion sickness. Perfect! Also loved the fact it had an actual shower in the bathroom

Awsome location but need upgrades

This property is a awesome location. One of the downfall was when we walked in it smell of mildew we had to go buy scented candles to hide the strong smell. The stove was very old and some of the burners did not work so you were very limited on cooking. You could only fit 3 people on the sofa which was not comfortable and the 2 chairs were worse. If we would have know this we would have looked at another listing in the same building. If there was some up grades I would come back again. ha

Beautiful View

This was one of our family’s best vacations! We can’t wait to head back for fall break. We love this location with all of our favorite things within walking distance. This was our first stay at One Seagrove Place. We were blown away by the views. Communication with the host was wonderful. Any time I texted, I received a response within a reasonable time. Upon arrival, we did notice the cleanliness of the condo was not great, and we did wash towels and dishes before using them. Our family doesn’t head to the beach to sit in a condo, so we loved being able to walk straight out to the beach.

Great condo- Amazing views!

This was my first time staying in a condo that faces the ocean. And at 20 floors up, it looks amazing! Place is very cozy and beautiful. Only two condos on this floor and we were the only ones staying on the 20th floor. Beach crew was very helpful. We used their services everyday we were there and it was worth it. Lots to do in the area. You can drive or walk. We would definitely come back. Management team and owner very responsive. I highly recommend giving this place a stay.

Ok place to stay.

Wouldn’t stay here again but it’s not a terrible place . I don’t feel like it has an accurate description as it’s not updated like it says and many of the appliances need to be replaced as well as the couch . Also it wasn’t very clean when we got there and there was sand everywhere. The view from the balcony and the location of the condo was the only great things about it .

Makes me question if I will come back. I paid $250 cleaning fee and I did the cleaning.

Every year (for the past 15 years) I have stayed at One Seagrove Place. Every stay with the exception of this trip has been excellent. There were problems from the get go. The ice machine didn’t work so there was no ice. The refrigerator froze anything that was stored at the bottom shelves. We threw away a lot of food. The dishes were filthy. Some of the glasses had coffee stains and lipstick marks. The floor was dirty. We spent the first part of the day cleaning. The furniture was old, uncomfortable and dirty. There were no dressers in either bedroom. had to change the pillow cases on the bed because they had dirt and mascara on them. The towel rack in the master bath kept falling off the wall and the grab bar in the second bathroom was loose. The doors to the balcony were very hard to open & close. Last but not least , the elevator was broken one evening.

Great Get-Away on 30A

This property was perfectly located near some of the best beach towns. Its location was only topped by the fabulous view and access to a beautiful beach. The condo was clean and quiet, being only one of two units on the floor. The only downside was only one elevator in use while the other was being replaced. Overall, a great stay.

Truly Spectacular View; Average Unit & Property

I’ve stayed in Seagrove dozens of times but never One Seagrove Place. I was disappointed to realize that the beach in front of it is public and was quite crowded in summer peak. There building is undergoing some updates which look like will be great. The units view is absolutely spectacular and it was very nice being one of the only two units on the floor. We could hear our upstairs neighbors a few times, but it was generally quiet. The unit was in good condition. The kitchen is incredibly small and really only fits one person. Cooking was possible but not easy. It is packed with small appliances and tools, but many of them are quite old and could probably use an edit. The bed configuration in the kids room was a very clever use of space but the top bunk is for a very small person. The living area is fairly comfortable. The couch has probably seen better days and many guests although it says the TVs are smart TVs, I would recommend bringing your own Roku or device. The only apps available were Netflix, and a few I haven’t heard of we were not able to download prime, Hulu, or our other go-tos. Also be patient with the remotes when changing channels. The owner had 2 chairs available for guests if you want to lighten your load for packing. Owner communication was great - she was even able to let us in a tad early. Because of the public beach, we would not stay at this property again, but I hope that this review helps you plan your stay.

Amazing host amazing view

This property is absolutely beautiful! It’s not A huge space but the view is perfect. The beach is just steps away from the condo, white sand and crystal clear water. The host was amazing, they were texting with me about any questions I had and even went out of their way to get us into the room a couple hours early. We Will definitely be back.

Seagrove Place

My family and I returned Debbie's unit last minute to visit some friends during the long MLK weekend in January. The condo is centrally located on 30A, it is less than 1.5 miles from Seaside. Debbie was a great host and very responsive to text. The view was incredible and we will definitely be back soon.

Great Beach Condo for Small Groups

This condo is great for a family getaway. It's small but the views and location are worth it!! It was ideal for our family with two young boys. A few things to note for future travelers: the galley kitchen is very small and there is no pantry or food storage solution. There was laundry detergent in the unit (yay!) but the spin cycle on the washer sounds like a jet engine. Bring extra garbage bags if you make more than two bags of trash during your stay! The bottom of the fridge (lower two drawers) were so cold, they froze all the produce in there and we had to throw the stuff out. There is only one other unit on the floor, elevator traffic wasn't bad, and it was perfect for our stay. We saw sea turtles from the balcony and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and location was perfect.

One Seagrove Place has been a family favorite for years. Our condo was on 20th floor this year which I which we could have stayed on lower floor. Condo was clean but furnishing left a lot to be desired, no dresser in bedrooms and beach chairs and accessories were basically unusable due to broken, missing arm rest on chairs or basically unable to open. Thank goodness we brought our own.

Escaping WI Weather

The location of this property and unit were wonderful! We loved being high up on the 20th floor. The beaches weren’t packed with it being the week before spring break which made our stay more enjoyable. The condo no longer offers chair service so that was disappointing. The place they told us to call doesn’t start chair service until March 1st. We liked being close to food and shopping. We rented a golf cart and toured the area. The unit could use some updating (caulk and paint). From the lights flickering, outdated appliances and tired furniture, things could use some attention and replacing to make this unit match the location and the other units available.
