We are located 2 miles from the shopping and dining of Seaside to our west and the new Greenway Station dining and shopping is directly to our east. Further to the east is the Big Chill (formerly the Hub) outdoor dining, entertainment and shopping center. Continue to the east to explore the cobblestone streets of Rosemary Beach. It is a very active area, with bike/running/walking path for miles along 30A.

Awesome property!! Perfect place for a family vacation. Everything is close and the private beach is a HUGE benefit. Very clean and has everything you need. Very spacious and decorated beautifully. Great view and just an all around great place to stay.

Great rental. Owners have excellent communication. Space is extremely spacious and they provide many beach amenities (cooler, chairs, umbrella. toys, towels). Balcony has beautiful views of the Gulf although road noise is a bit loud (nothing owners can do there just the nature of being on 30a). Great access to pool and beach is just a short walk away. Excellent stay!

This condo is one of the best-stocked places we've rented — from kitchenware to baby items to beach gear, it had everything we needed. The balcony was the perfect spot to take in the view, and it made a great backdrop for our meals too. The condo itself is huge, and the beds are comfortable. The pool has plenty of room even when sharing with others in the complex, and the walk to the beach is short. We will definitely be back!

This property is beautiful! The space for our family of 6 was perfect! The walk to the beach is super convenient! We really enjoyed our coffee on the porch every morning watching the sunrise over the ocean. The hosts were very quick to respond when we had questions. We would 10/10 stay here again!

The pictures truly don’t do this place justice. Plenty of space for our group of 6 which included 2 small children. Quick, easy walk to a private beach. Amazing hosts, easy to communicate with and they were incredibly accommodating in every aspect. We loved our stay here and will be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. Renee & Michelle are great hosts. They quickly respond to messages. Their place is beautiful with plenty of space for a big family. We enjoyed the balcony with a “peak-a-boo” view of the ocean. We took our 8 month old to the beach for the first time and it was an easy/quick walk to private beach access. The pool was great to have on rainy days as well. We highly recommend and will be back!

We loved this condo!! Every little detail was provided!! Beach wagon,towels, toys. Pack and play, games, books, even a basket of readers!!! This place had nice size rooms, master bath A . There were TVs in all rooms. Fully stocked kitchen!! The balcony was amazing—overlooking the pool!! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all.. even for this grandma!! We loved our visit and already talked of coming back!

Stay That Way, LLC is a partnership between myself, Renee' Harmon, and my sister Michelle Bacot. We live in Jonesboro, Arkansas and just bought this home in 2019. We have always vacationed in the area, and dreamed of having our own home at the beach. After losing both or our parents in 2018, we decided that time is too precious to wait another day. We feel so fortunate to have found this wonderful, spacious unit to enjoy spending time with our family and friends.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The units are quite large, 2200 sq ft - almost as large as the homes in the area. The condo building is beautiful, well made with quality materials and well maintained. The property is very close to the beach. There is also a pool that is heated early spring and fall. The rooms are large and although we come here to get together we also have the room to spread out. The beach is easy access and is rarely crowded as some of the other beaches in the area can be. It also has chair rental service which is great. It is in the heart of 30A, close to many restaurants, activities and shopping, but also not in a congested crowed area... a little more quiet and relaxing when needed.

Location, Beach Access and amenities makes the Villas at Seagrove a great place to stay. As for our 4th floor unit, we really enjoy having a view out to the Gulf. It is a great place to start your morning and great way to start your evenings.
