A master king bedroom with a private full bath. 2 bunks built in the hallway for kids. A queen sofa sleeper in the living area. An additional full bath for guests. Relax and enjoy cool breezes and beautiful sunsets on this 3rd floor condo over looking the gulf from you balcony with table/chairs and a lounger. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and a variety of spices for your cooking enjoyment. There is a large selection of books while laying on the beach soaking up the sun. Chair and umbrella rentals available directly on the beach from the private and gated beach access for the palms. There is a pool available and a nice family grilling area located adjacent to it. No Cleaning fees, I live close by and clean it myself:) Just an FYI this is a 3rd floor (top) condo that has steps. We do not have elevators.

The Emerald Coast never disappoints

Location - location- location Listing is just as described. Master bed was comfy. There was a little dust and sand but that’s to be expected in a beach condo. Other than that no complaints. The location couldn’t be better and the balcony has a killer view. All around great value.

Hidden Gem

Excellent location. Gorgeous beach. Beach service personnel is great. View from balcony is superb. Communication with host is top notch. Check the condo before you purchase beach items as there is a plentiful supply of things. Will definetly be back!

Easter Beach Visit

This condo is very nice, clean and excellent location. We enjoyed or visit to the beach and the sunrise Easter service on the beach at Seaside. The condo and grounds are well maintained, and you couldn't ask for a better view from the balcony, palm trees and beach. I definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay here again.

Right on the beach

I searched for a property at Santa Rosa but ended up in Seagrove, which was a happy mistake. I couldn’t have asked for a more convenient place right on the beach.

Wonderful location!

Great location. Close to Seaside but not too close. Not overly busy. The private beach access was perfect. The closet had a couple umbrellas and chairs but you could also rent if desired right by the property as well. Had most of the things you need in the kitchen for cooking and we loved having the crockpot. I saw mixed reviews on the master mattress. I thought the bed was very comfortable. my husband was not as much of a fan of the bed. The bed is more of a soft mattress style instead of firm so it's just preference. I would call this place not as "boujee" as the rest of 30A but it was perfect for our family of young kids. The top bunk doesn't have a railing so we made a little safety pillow hump so my kiddo wouldn't accidentally fall out. The views from the balcony were incredible. We had a great time and would happily stay here again!

Girl’s getaway

We stayed in Teri’s condo for a 50th and 60th birthday celebration. The condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room and the location can’t be beat. Walking/biking distance to many places and the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. Teri was always prompt in her communication and went above and beyond to accommodate a special request. We will be back.

Perfect getaway!

The view from this place is absolutely breathtaking! We were so close to the beach. We were able to watch the dolphins every morning. The pool was very clean and warm. Condo was nice…Terri was great to work with!

I love the location, the scenery, and the proximity to the beach. This is a great property overall. It may be about timer to get a new mattress, but it's still worth the stay.

Great Vacation

Great place to rent for a visit to 30a! Private beach so it's way less crowded than other areas, amazing views, short walk to the beach and everything you need to make the week amazing! The unit being on the third floor didn't bother us at all... it actually made the view even better! Highly suggest renting this property.

Great stay at Teri's condo

Awesome view of the ocean. I was very impressed with the decor and the condo when we walked in. Everything was very clean and the view can't be beat! Teri was great communicating with all the time and even when we couldn't find the condo. She got us there in no time. I would stay here again. Loved it there. Thank you Teri for being so easy to communicate with and answer all my questions before I booked an when we arrived. You have a very nice place. Thank you for sharing it.

Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on the beautiful scenic 30A. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is a bike and walking path all along 30A.
