Pros : Fantastic location! Great views from the balcony. We had an issue with an appliance and the host was lightning fast to reply and very kind about it. I don’t like to be overly picky but there were a couple of things to improve-1 ) we didn’t know we needed to sign a rental agreement and copies of ID etc and it wasn’t sent to us until the day of check-in, which was very hard to do on travel day with limited cell service in the mountains in order to get the key codes. 2) the pots and pans were definitely wore out with exposed nonstick coating flaking off. Overall a good stay, great location, responsive host.

The accommodations and location were excellent! Walking distance to main Gondola and downtown. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to experience Breckenridge.

Spring skiing

Great location for a ski trip. Easy on and off the mountain and just a few minute walk to Main Street for food and shopping.

Fantastic location, nice facilities

The property was in a fantastic location where we could walk to most things. The property was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

While the location was great, the overall experience could have been better. Upon arrival, both the elevator and hot tub were out of order. Not ideal when you bring luggage and elderly guests. In addition, the cook wear in the kitchen was falling apart and the hot water heater only had enough water for 1 shower.

Excellent location

This place was very clean, cozy and in the perfect location! The property manager was great and very communicative. I highly recommend for a small group of people! Also the master bed is very comfortable!

Summer Break in Breck

The property was great. Location was very continent to everything. Condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. Communication was handled well with no issues. Would stay again.

Perfect Condo for our MTB Adventures!

We had a group of 4 in Breckenridge to train for the Leadville 100. Peak 8 was the perfect condo for us, and extremely comfortable!

Great location

You couldn’t ask for a better location-just minutes from downtown and from the free gondola that takes you up to the slopes. The communication with management both before we arrived and after we were in our condo was excellent. The condo was clean and the layout was great for our family. Ww will definitely stay here again when we return to Breckenridge.

Condo was nice, adequate room. Location was perfect.

Nice condo. Adequate room. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies but could use more everyday spices. Location was perfect. Close, within walking distance to gondola and downtown.

Great Snowboarding Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic proximity to the gondola and Main St. No issues with the property. Hosts were very friendly and reached out to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. I would love to stay there again another time!

Wonderful visit!

We came in for Oktoberfest with our kids and this was a perfect property! The location is a short walk from Main Street and the nearby park. For other families i will say that I’ve seen different definitions of fully stocked kitchens in many properties, so to clarify there is only salt and pepper as far as spices in a cupboard (bring what you need) and I didn’t see a variety of cooking dishes or many pots/pans, but it had what we needed for our lovely visit. The beds are super comfortable and it was convenient and easy all around. We would for sure stay here again!

1 week skiing in Breckenridge

Great location close to gondola and ski back. Humidifiers, fans, and many other little amenities made our stay much nicer. Had a hard time sleeping in the bunked queen beds as there's very little ventilation so the air gets quite warm. No windows in that bedroom.

Ski slopes were easy to access. Would have been nice if Hot Tub hours were earlier than 10am, would have liked to wake up and go into hot tubs before skiing. Master Bed mattress needs to be updated not super comfortable. Pull out couch also need updated there is a major slant in the head portion leaving your feet elevated. Bunk beds are awesome! Kids loved them. Location is perfection! In unit laundry would also be nice as you are waiting for others to finish cycles. Nothing terrible that would hinder me from booking again!

Great for skiing trip with family

Location was great. Shuttle stop right outside of our building (elan building) taking us to peak 8 or peak 9. At nights, walk to the Main Street was 5 minutes. The shuttle stop was one of the first stops so the bus was almost empty and we could sit every time. At the end of skiing, we could ski all the way to the gondola underpass. From there it is only 5 minutes walk to the elevator of the building. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Fireplace, great heating, and great view from the balcony. The TV system had all apps like Netflix, Prime video, etc. we could use with our own accounts for entertainment. It was a great ski trip overall, we would definitely like to go back and stay at this unit again.
