Best Lake Lanier Cove! Great lake views. Huge covered deck. Easy walk to dock

Welcome to one of the best coves on Lake Lanier--nice views on big, open cove. Bring your boat or just relax and swim off the dock. Delight in the lake view which is close and unobstructed--almost like you are on a boat. The walkway to the dock is only a few steps away. Large covered deck adjoining house makes a great place to watch lake action or have a meal or coffee. Part of deck is uncovered for anyone wanting to sit in the sun.

The house was professionally renovated in 2021 and a primary king bedroom and bath added in 2025. This special lake retreat is convenient to Gainesville, Flowery Branch, Cumming, Dawsonville or Buford and not far from Dahlonega and other north Georgia attractions.

We have two other vacation rentals on the lake that we rent (adjoining lots) # 427011 and #575552, so if you need more space please inquire about booking one of them as well.

Our lake house is pet friendly for small dogs up to 20 pounds. The pet fee is $150. If you have a dog that is larger than 20 pounds, please message us prior to booking to see if we can approve.

This is a delightful home with an amazing view. There is a large covered back porch with a tv, along with a fire pit which we had not expected. The home is spacious and very clean. The hosts were gracious to check in frequently. I’d recommend this property for anyone with a larger family. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with the master being on the main level. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are better suited for younger adults or kids who have no issues getting up stairs. We would certainly stay here again.

We picked this property because of the close proximity from the dock to the house! It was absolutely perfect celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday there. We really enjoyed our vacation.The new addition is great and added a lot to the house. My husband and I stayed in the new master bedroom, we lived love it. Especially the big shower with rain shower head. Also the new built fire pit came very handy.Like always everything was perfect.

This was such a peaceful place! We plan to return again next year. The new edition is beautiful and the home is much larger than it appeared in pictures giving us so much room to spread out. Hosts were 10/10!

Lanier Fishing Trip

Great Memorial weekend

Great location. Great hosts.

Great property! The layout of the home provided easy opportunity for us all to gather together. The kitchen was not just well equipped, but with high quality pots, pans, knives, etc (a rare find in vacation rentals!) The view was wonderful. Excellent communication with property owner..they were quick and responsive to questions.

Thanksgiving vacation

It has a very spacious covered deck. It looked like it was newly remodeled. It has beautiful views of the lake from both levels. It has a very spacious kitchen open to the living room where you can be in the kitchen and see the lake. The kitchen was well stocked with tools we needed to cook with. We saw deer and a bald eagle fly down and get a fish out of the water. We had a very blessed trip.

incredible property, lake view and access!

Our lake house is closed for renovation, so with family coming to town we wanted a place to be on the water and use our jetski. Perfect 'Come Together' location for 3 families to meet up! Gorgeous views of the water and access to dock that is right in front of you! 2.5 baths. Great open plan and kitchen. Perfect for our weekend--and our Dawgs won AGAIN. Go Dawgs.
