Best Lake Lanier Cove! Great lake views. Huge covered deck. Easy walk to dock

Welcome to one of the best coves on Lake Lanier--nice views on big, open cove. Bring your boat or just relax and swim off the dock. Delight in the lake view which is close and unobstructed--almost like you are on a boat. The walkway to the dock is only a few steps away. Large covered deck adjoining house makes a great place to watch lake action or have a meal or coffee. Part of deck is uncovered for anyone wanting to sit in the sun.

The house was professionally renovated in 2021 and a primary king bedroom and bath added in 2025. This special lake retreat is convenient to Gainesville, Flowery Branch, Cumming, Dawsonville or Buford and not far from Dahlonega and other north Georgia attractions.

We have two other vacation rentals on the lake that we rent (adjoining lots) # 427011 and #575552, so if you need more space please inquire about booking one of them as well.

Our lake house is pet friendly for small dogs up to 20 pounds. The pet fee is $150. If you have a dog that is larger than 20 pounds, please message us prior to booking to see if we can approve.

We had an amazing family vacation! The home was beautifully set up for our group and was spotless. It had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We also enjoyed spotting all the wildlife on the property. We can’t wait to return next year!

We traveled with Four generations for my husbands 70th birthday. The house was perfect to enjoy the lake and have comfortable meals and time to spend together. The extra beverage fridge was awesome. Everything you need for a week at the lake is there. The dock was plenty deep for boating. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect lake house! Location was excellent . Loved that getting to the dock was easy. Very quiet cove to float in. Quick boat ride away from pelican Pete’s restaurant. Excellent views of the lake from the house and wonderful covered outside space. Host was very accommodating with our pups and large group. Everyone was very comfortable and raved about the space. Thank you!

Very nice & clean house! Right on the lake, only a few steps to the dock. Host was very accommodating especially with our dog & made sure we were taken care of in every way. We would definitely recommend to friends!

Great Memorial weekend

We had a great trip. Great house on perfect location on the lake with beautiful views. Joni was very responsive and very helpful through out our stay.

Great secluded location

House was well supplied and recently remodeled. Very much enjoyed our stay. Great place to sip your morning coffee and enjoy the water and cool off with an afternoon swim.

Amazing Views and Big Hills

This property is amazing. The views of the lake were great and the house was everything it said it was and more. The owners were super responsive and we would stay there again without a doubt.

This house is AMAZING! My 5 sisters and I (all over 60) enjoyed a 5-day stay and were extremely pleased with the accommodations. Attention to detail was obvious. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we appreciated the second fridge. Beds were comfortable, views are fabulous and easy dock access was nice. The 1st floor bedroom was perfect for anyone with mobility issues. I highly recommend this property and this host. Joni was helpful and prompt in her responses.

We picked this property because of the close proximity from the dock to the house! It was absolutely perfect celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday there. There was exactly 11 of us in it accommodated as perfectly. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Joni for your great communication and lovely home.

wonderful stay

Over all Great location and all that was presented was accurate! super clean and absolutely Painless rental and stay! Owner / brokers were super friendly and helpful! But in no way over barring!
