Best Lake Lanier Cove! Great lake views. Huge covered deck. Easy walk to dock

Welcome to one of the best coves on Lake Lanier--nice views on big, open cove. Bring your boat or just relax and swim off the dock. Delight in the lake view which is close and unobstructed--almost like you are on a boat. The walkway to the dock is only a few steps away. Large covered deck adjoining house makes a great place to watch lake action or have a meal or coffee. Part of deck is uncovered for anyone wanting to sit in the sun.

The house was professionally renovated in 2021 and a primary king bedroom and bath added in 2025. This special lake retreat is convenient to Gainesville, Flowery Branch, Cumming, Dawsonville or Buford and not far from Dahlonega and other north Georgia attractions.

We have two other vacation rentals on the lake that we rent (adjoining lots) # 427011 and #575552, so if you need more space please inquire about booking one of them as well.

Our lake house is pet friendly for small dogs up to 20 pounds. The pet fee is $150. If you have a dog that is larger than 20 pounds, please message us prior to booking to see if we can approve.

This was such a peaceful place! We plan to return again next year. The new edition is beautiful and the home is much larger than it appeared in pictures giving us so much room to spread out. Hosts were 10/10!

Great secluded location

House was well supplied and recently remodeled. Very much enjoyed our stay. Great place to sip your morning coffee and enjoy the water and cool off with an afternoon swim.

Great location. Great hosts.

Great property! The layout of the home provided easy opportunity for us all to gather together. The kitchen was not just well equipped, but with high quality pots, pans, knives, etc (a rare find in vacation rentals!) The view was wonderful. Excellent communication with property owner..they were quick and responsive to questions.

Just leaving from our stay and we could have stayed much longer! Our teenage boys loved fishing off the dock! The proximity to the lake is fantastic!! Sitting in the swivel chairs is the perfect spot to relax and take in the lake view! Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfy, close to all the shopping and restaurants….Already looking forward to our next stay here!

Awesome Property!

Its better than described. Very clean, lake view was wonderful. House is equipped with everything we needed. Was able to rent a boat and bring right up to the doc. Owner had Kayak's we used. Will be coming back.

Easy, beautifula perfect stay!

My family loved our 5 day stay. This VIEW IS GORGEOUS. The whole house was clean and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owners. The layout was easy with a baby and fun for our 9 year old. We rented a boat and enjoyed cruising around the lake but also loved hanging out in the water on floats right at the dock. Location is safe, convenient, scenic and relaxing. We went out to eat and we also cooked in using the gas grill:) We will definitely be coming back!

Thanksgiving vacation

It has a very spacious covered deck. It looked like it was newly remodeled. It has beautiful views of the lake from both levels. It has a very spacious kitchen open to the living room where you can be in the kitchen and see the lake. The kitchen was well stocked with tools we needed to cook with. We saw deer and a bald eagle fly down and get a fish out of the water. We had a very blessed trip.
