On Crystal River Large Coastal Home with Dock. Bring your boat and swim off the dock. Lands End Vacation Home sleeps up to ten and is walking distance to the PlantationResort. Boat or Kayak over to 7 waterfront restaurants with outside dining and nightlife. High Speed WiFi, flat panels plus subscribed channels and entertainment. Outside entertaining deck over the water with floating dock (no lift). Newly remodeled in 2020 with plenty of room for the family and additional trailer parking across the road.
Overlook the water with beautiful views and pristine riverfront as two spring vents are 20 feet off the end of the dock. Great dock fishing or paddle 100 yards to open water of Kings Bay and close to King Spring, Hunter Springs and Three Sisters Springs.
Enjoy the beautiful Crystal River area by boat. Manatees frequent the dock, fish in the bay, swim in the springs, scallop, snorkel, Eco tours, and world class fishing charters.
Expect high end views and decor, with complete 3 bedrooms with televisions and closets. Two full bathrooms, and two easy sleeper sofas with full linens. All rooms are upstairs except the bedroom with the twin beds and the laundry room. **Charcoal grill/ The Gas grill in photo has been replaced**
We are a golf cart friendly town and golf cart rental is on walking distance of house.

We had a great time at the house! It has everything a family needs for a relaxing long weekend. We fished from the dock, used the charcoal grill, and had plenty of hot water for showers and laundry!

Well stocked home with lots of extra touches. Dock was nice for our boat. Nice ride to Three Sisters Springs. Few things to consider. Stairs, up and down. If you have issues, may want to consider. Definitely bring bug spray. They are vicious.

We did not use the laundry but the area was well stocked and tidy. Kitchen had all the tools we needed. Very nice location

Wonderful stay and host very responsive when needed. The Kayaks were wonderful to use. Manatees seen at the dock during high tide. Place very clean and well kept! My brothers family also stayed here a few years ago, very recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The upstairs part of the house was a good size for the three of us. We didn't need to use the downstairs bedroom, but it would be a good room for kids. We were able to cook breakfast in the morning and fresh seafood dinners several nights in the kitchen. It was pleasant to sit out on the deck in the early morning and evening. It rained a lot, so it was great to have a place to sit outside under the covered area behind the dock. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is conveniently located to restaurants, the excursions we booked at Pete's Pier and downtown Crystal River, and to the Homosassa Springs area. The owner responded quickly and effectively to our requests. There is a lot to see and do in the Crystal River area, and this was a good home base!

My first impression was that the home was even more beautiful in person. So many places to sit and socialize in a relatively small home. We loved the sun room with wraparound view and the Adirondack chairs in the shaded breezeway outside. Highlights included watching a manatee swim up to the dock on our second day and kayaking out to Kings Bay and spotting manatees with the complimentary use of the provided kayaks on our third day. A perfect stay!

Great stay
Loved the location and the ability to hop on a paddle or kayak from the house. The place was clean and easy check in and out.

Great VRBO
The VRBO was clean, easy to find, and very comfortable. The host communicated quickly and the check in and check out instructions were simple to follow. All and all one of the nicest VRBOs I've stayed at.

Incredible property, super clean!
We really enjoyed our stay. The property had a great location right on the water and was super clean. The management was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location!
We had an amazing time at Crystal River. The house was fantastic and central to all the activities we wanted to do. Exactly what we were looking for and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and beautiful property.
This was a wonderful house located very close to so many great restaurants and activities. The hosts were great and quickly helped us with any questions we had. Great place to stay with a big family who likes animals and adventures.

Very nice and clean home in a great location. The communication with Deb was great, she was quick to respond. The home is close to restaurants and shops and yet in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the tranquil mornings with a water view. Highly recommend.

We have golf cart rentals in walking distance of the home and since we are a golf cart friendly town, you can ride to the shops and eateries by cart as well as Hunter's Spring and Three Sister's Manatee viewing preserve!
