Coastal Charm directly on King's Bay with a view of Banana Island. Manatees, Dolphins & Mullet are frequently spotted from the backyard. The Plantation Resort is right around the corner and there is a boat ramp less than 3 miles away. 4 Kayaks, 8’ x 20’ floating dock; and head dock available for use during your stay (boat lift not available)

The house has been fully remodeled since Hurricane Idalia, with a new & moved AC unit, furniture, roof, flooring, bathroom & kitchen

Master bedroom: King Size bed, tv and a private full bathroom.
Second bedroom Room: Queen size bed, tv, and entrance into the roomy 2nd bathroom.
Third beroom room: Queen size bed, tv, door to the carport and kitchen (Washer & Dryer is in the third bedroom)

Better than expected. The view is wonderful. The house is so spacious and all the warm touches of all the decor made us feel so comfortable. We loved the dock and view of kings bay. Definitely would highly recommend this one.

This is our second stay here and we were just as pleased as our first! This home is immaculate, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, fantastic view and a wonderful place for our family fishing trips. The host is very responsive. Love it here!

We wanted for absolutely nothing. House was fully stocked and had everything that you could possibly think of. This vacation will be one that we will talk about for years to come. The View, access to the water, plenty of room for 6 people to live comfortably for 5 days. Thank you Erica!

The house was lovely and provided all we needed to have a great weekend away. Located in a quiet neighborhood and it was easy to get to Crystal River activities and Homossassa/Weeki Wachi.

Erica’s home was perfect for our visit to Crystal River. Her home was beautiful, clean, well stocked, very quiet neighborhood, and had beautiful water view. It was close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Beautiful Location

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home with great views of the Bay. Short paddles to multiple springs, manatees off the dock, great kayaks. Great place to stay in King's Bay!

Beautifully renovated home in a nice quiet area. Great view of the bay out the back. Everything we needed was provided, we only had to bring our clothes and personal toiletries. Check in, check out and all communication was very easy. Highly recommend this home.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my son’s birthday and enjoying all things water. Perfect spot for Kings Bay and the springs. The house met all our needs and the host is fantastic. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great stay!

The house was amazing, very clean with updated renovations making it a very comfortable stay. Owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is spectacular with beautiful sunrise every morning. Even had a manatee greet me first thing while drinking my coffee watching the sunrise on dock. Will definitely rent again for our next family vacation.

Perfect location on Kings BayLovely home with lots of room, beautiful lanai with water views. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the sounds of the birds, the mullets jumping playfully out of the water. Home has everything you need. Soft sheets and towels, large kitchen with all the plates, pots and more than you could use.

Amazing!!!!

We had such a great time! This house is absolutely beautiful. The location on kings bay was breathtaking. We saw so many manatees right off the dock. We caught so many fish. I can’t say enough good things about this home. We definitely will be visiting again.
