Very special house. The owners did an amazing job with renovations to give it a very contemporary feel and spa like feel in the bathrooms. Situated on a canal which makes it easy to get on and off the water. The owners were very responsive to all of our needs. Definitely would recommend their home. We will stay there again!

Very nicely appointed rental, very clean. Access to water for kayaking is superb. Easy paddle to dining or local springs. Makes for a great vacation.

Old Florida charm with modern amenities. House was clean and comfortable. Giant fridge with rain showers in 2 separate bathrooms. Nice open floor plan. Launched kayaks straight from floating dock. Paddled to 3 Sisters Springs for a morning dip in the cool waters. Location is terrific. Played cards on the covered porch at a big table with a fan overhead that kept us very comfortable in the late August weather.

Great house! Everything as advertised. Huge fridge and freezer and nice kitchen made it nice for groceries and cooking. The outdoor patio and spacious waterfront area was perfect for us and using a boat and enjoying s'mores at the fire pit.

Very beautiful property. We especially loved all the outdoor spaces and the kitchen. The canal was quiet. This section of the river is a no wake zone and took us about 10-15 mins to idle to the springs. The back yard was my favorite place to enjoy a morning coffee. The kitchen was very spacious including an oversize island professional size fridge. Having private bathrooms was a big bonus. The decor was very nice and not over the top. Overall a lovely stay and we will definitely stay here again if we come back to Crystal River!

We had a great time in the Crystal River area. Love the old Florida feel. House is a great location and loved our daily visits from Manatee. Hosts respond quickly to any questions .

Beautiful and convenient location! Easy to get to both the manatees and Rainbow River, plus lots of cute shops and restaurants. The house was stocked with all of the basics making a quick long weekend trip much easier.

This is one of the most classy and comfortable houses Ive ever stayed. Such a stunning location and beautiful sunsets from the extensive back yard. It is right on Kings Bay. I would give it 10 stars if allowed. Just excellent and I would return again. I hated to leave.

Very clean great open area inside where we cooked family meals and had a great time visiting and relaxing! We fished off the dock and kayaked to the Three Sisters spring which is beautiful. What a great family vacation and memories!
