Luxurious Cottage Living In Edgartown Village
POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This quintessential village cottage has been recently renovated from top-to-bottom, with charming cottage styling and classic architecture throughout.
The first floor has an open living and dining floor plan, with two-and-a-half-story vaulted ceiling in the Living Area and a second-floor loft balcony. The Gourmet Kitchen has a prep counter/breakfast bar, granite counters, and commercial stainless appliances. The Dining Area opens to both the kitchen and living area, and has a sliding door to patio for outdoor dining and entertaining.
The Master Bedroom suite is also on the first floor. It features a full bath with tub and shower, plus a door to the outdoor shower. Also located on the first floor, a half bath with laundry area. An open staircase leads to a loft sitting area and the second Bedroom suite, which has a full bath with walk-in glass shower and doors from both the bedroom and loft area.
The cottage is located in the heart of Edgartown Village on a lightly traveled lane, and has a large brick patio for outdoor entertaining. All of Edgartown Village is just a couple of blocks away, with its restaurants, shops, attractions and harbor.
