Classic beach house boasts a spacious screened porch with rockers, cozy sunroom with canal view, and fixed dock on the tidal canal – perfect for fishing, crabbing and relaxing. A small public boat landing is only steps away for launching kayaks or a Jon boat to explore the saltmarsh creek. Situated at the end of a short side street means this home enjoys direct access to the beach a short block away.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.
LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as creek access via a small public boat launch. A stroll will rekindle friendships made from past stays, bring scenic Lowcountry vistas, and provide shops and restaurants to visit on foot. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.
