Classic beach house boasts a spacious screened porch with rockers, cozy sunroom with canal view and fixed dock on the tidal canal – perfect for fishing, crabbing and relaxing. A small public boat landing is only steps away – perfect for launching kayaks or a Jon boat to explore the saltmarsh creek. Situated at the end of a short side-street means this home enjoys direct access to the beach.

MAIN FLOOR: (3 bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 2 SINGLES, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining area, living area, canal side sun room, canal side deck, large screened front porch.

GROUND FLOOR: (1 bedroom) 2 SINGLES, 1 full bath, window A/C unit. Ground floor bedroom has exterior entrance only.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TV-4 (1 smart TV), DVD-1, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, 2 full size refrigerators (1 up/1 down), ceiling fans, laundry room, beach wagon, Weber grill, carport, enclosed outdoor shower w/hot and cold, fixed dock on tidal canal w/electric, water and fish cleaning sink, canal side patio, community boat launch nearby, access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach, beach gear credit.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Sunday to Sunday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.

LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as creek access via a small public boat launch. A stroll will rekindle friendships made from past stays, bring scenic Lowcountry vistas, and provide shops and restaurants to visit on foot. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.

Pet friendly, Caskeys Catch perfect beach home

This home was well equipped and perfectly situated close to the beach (only a short walk across the street) and a serene canal on the back of the home. The home is well suited to fit up to 8 folks. The property is well kept and the neighborhood is perfect for kids and dog lovers! We can’t wait to return. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Nice location. Had to deal with extreme cold conditions due to Mother Nature. Hot water for the group taking showers was very limited.

Perfect location

The location could not be more perfect. Right on the water where we watched cormorants dive for fish and one day a bald eagle perched on the dock. Groceries and restaurants were close by. Brookgreen garden, which is a family favorite was less than 10 minutes away. The house itself was well laid out, making it easy to gather together or to separate. The kitchen was well stocked. There were a couple of mild disappointments. The 2 closest access points to the ocean were closed, which was not disclosed in advance. There were no lights on the dock until the last day. We would definitely stay again. 4.8 stars.

Awesome house & location!

Although house & location were great, Cleaning crew needs to do a better job especially in bathrooms and mopping the floors not just vacuuming.

Even though the weather wasn't warm or sunny all the time, the walkability of this location is excellent! The view is wonderful and the house is well equipped. It is a charming older home with great ambiance! We would definitely like to stay again!

Great Restful Stay

The property looked just like the photos. It was on the creek with a nice deck which afforded a serene view. I really liked that everything you needed they had: space, kitchen utensils, extra blankets, plates, coffee maker, rockers on the porch, etc. I really enjoyed my stay. Sound of the ocean near. Everything.

Litchfield Beach is easily among the prettiest beaches in South Carolina. Bounded by low lying sand dunes and the blue-green ocean, the beach is characteristically wide with soft white sand and spans 7 miles from end to end.

Summertime can get busy on Litchfield Beach, but families love rekindling friendships made from past stays as they book year after year in the same home within this small, beachside community.

Grocery and beach stores, popular dining venues, and local eclectic shops are conveniently nearby. While primarily residential, Litchfield Inn is located on the north end of this beach where the public can enjoy oceanfront dining and a dunes-side bar within easy and safe walking distance.
