This spacious 4 Bedroom and 3 Bath unit can accommodate your family of 10 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in bedroom 2, 1 Queen in bedroom 3, 2 Twins in bedroom 4 and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room.

This nicely decorated 2nd floor condo offers a large oceanfront balcony off of both the living room and master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 Flat screen cable TV's (47" flat screen in living room and 32" in bedrooms), 3 DVD's, a washer/dryer and a jacuzzi tub and separate shower in master bathroom.

Beach Club II amenities include a oceanfront outdoor pool, a street side pool which is heated in April and October, a large sundeck, nice grill facilities, outside showers, elevators, plenty of overflow parking across the street and free Wi-Fi. Nice place

It’s a very nice property with the exception of the stuffy smell, the old pots, pans and kitchen utensils. Other than that we love it!

Plenty of room View was amazing and the design of balcony openings from the living room and the master bedroom was fantastic. Only minor issue were the lack of all small amenities (l2 trash bags only, 1 dish washing pod).

Great Location but needs updating

Great location and property. The unit itself is outdated and lacks a deeper cleanliness than ones we have stayed in previously. It suited our needs and had a good layout but needs some attention on the interior.

One of bathroom faucets appears new but not secured to sink/vanity top, very loose. Numerous electrical/cable wall outlet wall plates missing. Unit satisfactorily furnished with basic furnishings.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 2E was pretty nice. Great views, furniture was good, and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. Only negative was the mattresses. Very poor quality on all the beds. Loved the four bedroom setup, and the spacious living room area.

Resting on the beach with side of family time.

Anyone looking for a great location to beach and spacious rental to spend family time should be absolutely fine with this rental. Five-minute walk to beach, 5-minute drive to grocery and numerous great places to eat.

Beach goers

A+ for spaciousness. A+ for balcony view of ocean, and pool. A+ for proximity to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. A+ for kitchen and laundry appliances. Upon our arrival the towel bar in the master bathroom was lying on the back of the jacuzzi tub. Everything was clean except the carpets which I reported upon departure. You may want to report anything like this to the rental company when you arrive. They charged me a $49 damage fee. Now, about the kitchen: the top bar in the fridge was missing, making it useless to store food there. There is a ton of cabinet space for storage and, everything is white including the counter tops. Coffee maker is a Mr. Coffee brand drip. If you plan to cook meals in this kitchen you may want to bring or buy the following: your chef’s knives, scissors, pots, pans, skillets, and a good can opener. The only things I found useful cooking was a drawer full of utensils, and a pizza pan I used to bake biscuits on. I didn’t plan to cook a lot on this trip but, a decent knife to slice a tomato would have been nice. The bedroom with the queen bed and private bath- there’s a trash bag covering the window facing the entrance. Thought my kids were going to have to draw straws for the other room. It’s hard to find an affordable oceanfront property suitable for our family of ten to stay together under one roof. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us. We did enjoy it.

Great Location, Great Facility, Not So Great Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo is perfect. It's right on the beach, the walk to the beach from the building is short and sweet and we appreciate that the facility provided a a good walking path out to the beach. The pool area was also nice. Overall, we were pleased w/ the facility. We were not as pleased w/ the individual condo we ended up with. I will say, the living room furniture is very nice and in great condition. The rest of the condo needs to be updated. Cabinets are starting to fall apart, the amenities are all very old, the beds are not very comfortable, almost all of the blinds were broken in one way or another, the patio furniture was cheap compared to other patio furniture we saw at other units. We also found it odd that there was no dish scrubber left, only one extra trash bag, and no hand soap anywhere. We had to shop for some of the basics that in my experience are typically provided.We would likely consider this facility again in the future, but not this particular unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is outdated and in need of some major work. Not sure how anyone would be okay with renting a home out in the condition that one is in. The management company had to have an HVAC company come out to clean the vents/ducts that were visibly moldy. It was a huge inconvenience and could have been avoided with proper cleaning. Several of us have had stuffy noses since the second morning and have now turned into sinus infections. We were there 4 nights. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The view is great, beach access is great, the size of the unit is great but...not worth the hazards. Oh, also...for a 10-person unit you are given 3 rolls of toilet paper, one for each bathroom so...plan ahead if you dare to rent this condo. ALSO...not the owner or management offices fault at all but, the elevators are terrifying. 4 of us almost got stuck in one.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a very good rental experience. We were given the wrong keys to our unit so we couldn’t get in, but the office quickly sent someone over with the correct ones. The condo was very clean and had a nicely equipped kitchen. This is a spacious unit with a nice balcony. The only disappointment was that the pools were not heated after stating they would be for the month of October in the unit description. They were so cold there was no way we could get in.

The unit we stayed in this year need some attention and the carpet needs replacing. This year for the first time the unit was disgustingly dirty and after making a complaint to a maintenance worker nothing happened after he said he would report it. We will definitely stay in the area again but will consider other locatios.

Best vacation ever!

Loved everything! Condo was perfect and so convenient to activities, literally across the street from barefoot landing complex! Neighbors were all friendly and saw some cute dogs 🐶 plenty of space for family game night and meals. We will definitely be back! 10 out of 10 !♥️♥️♥️🌴🌴🌴

Great location

We really liked the condo and the location is great regarding the beach not too crowded. Plenty of parking, close to restaurants and shopping (barefoot landing). No big deal complaints are the HVAC is quite loud and some of the caulking behind the kitchen sink and in the master shower could be replaced. We definitely will be back if we need a 3 or 4 bedroom beachfront condo again.

Very Nice Condo. Beautiful Ocean View.

We enjoyed the condo and our stay. Glad to have a 4 bedroom condo. They are harder to find. Maintenance was very responsive. Clean property. Great location. The beds could be a little more comfortable but when you travel they are never as comfy as home. I would also recommend upgrading the key situation to a keyless and eliminating going to a different location to pick up / drop off keys. I always worry that the locks could be the same for many guests and I don't like that. Other than that it was all good.

Home away from home

I absolutely loved this property! I honestly don't have any complaints. Everything exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the quietness of the area. The property was very spacious to accommodate my father, my 4 kids, spouse and a stepdaughter! I Definitely plan to stay at this property every year for our beach vacation. Love. Love. Love!

Coffee maker and toaster

I loved the sitting areas on the balcony and the living room. The kitchen could use more dishes and appliances. It was disappointing that there was no toaster or Keurig. The place was clean. The beds were not the most comfortable but over all the visit was great!

Beautiful Place

The place was absolutely beatuiful and also very clean!! We were right on the beach like expected. Only issue was the parking this time around. Some parking spots were closed down and we had trouble finding a place to park but other than that, it was great!!!
