Fisherman/Vacationers paradise! 50 yards from the neighborhood boat ramp, or an easy walk to the beach! Beautiful, newly renovated beach condo with 2 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms plus a pull-out couch for your comfort. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Large private deck with gas fireplace and outdoor shower. Centrally located in the heart of Atlantic Beach. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Boaters: 5 Min Boat ride to Beaufort Inlet and Newport River. Fishing Charters and Boat Cruises are also available.

The space:
Perfect home for a family, couples, or fisherman's retreat. Downstairs is a newly updated full kitchen with high-end appliances, washer/dryer, half bath, and living room area with a large flat screen equipped with cable TV and a comfy pull-out couch for extra sleeping space. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds. Three total beds can sleep 6 people comfortably. The upstairs full bathroom includes 5ft rainshower. Outside there is a large private deck perfect for entertainment; grill, lights, fire, and casual seating. Wash off after the beach in our surfboard outdoor shower! Bringing your boat? There is ample room on the property to park your boat, and even more convenient there is a private neighborhood ramp about 50 yards away from the condo.

July 4th week

We had a great stay for the week of the 4th. Plenty of room for the four of us. Well stocked and clean. The outside seating was nice and the shower was great. Walk was a little far for 2 small kids and all of the things they require but ample parking and never any issues getting on the beach easily. Boat ramp is convenient, however the neighbors across the street park and put trash cans in the way making it extremely difficult to navigate. Another neighbor told us this was a habit for them, we used the ramp in Beaufort instead after our first use. Overall, great visit!

Family Beach Trip

We had a great time here. Location is close to everything. This house is clean and well maintained. Jake, the host was very attentive to our needs and even greeted us when we arrived to see if we needed anything.

Fantastic getaway in a wonderful location!

The house was a wonderful and cozy place for us to get away, and Jake was a fantastic host (he lives in the other half of the building). The place was immaculately clean and well-stocked, and had everything we needed. The beach is only three blocks away, so easily walkable if you pack lightly, and everything else you might need is a 5-minute drive away. It was a perfect place for a couple, and we couldn't recommend renting from Jake more highly.
