Experience the ultimate oceanfront getaway in our newly renovated 3-level cottage which is the featured property in "The Mizpah Collection".
Heated pool (8x14') with swim current generator, dominator basketball court & solo stove fire just added in March 2024! (will update professional photos in the coming weeks)
Enjoy breathtaking views from the comfort of your own private 720 sq ft 2-story deck, complete with a waterproofed ceiling on the first level and a brand new 5-person hot tub in the open second level sun deck featuring unobstructed bird's eye ocean views.
We've also added an EV Charger to charge electric vehicles!
Indulge in the ultimate coastal relaxation experience in our recently unveiled hammock garden, featuring two luxurious hammocks with direct ocean views.
Game room added with Arcade Games, Pool, Air Hockey & Ping Pong +65" TV!
The inside of the house is just as beautiful as the outside, with an open concept main living floor plan, plenty of natural light, well equipped kitchen, and incredible unobstructed Atlantic ocean views from the two upper levels of the house. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage for your belongings and perfect for the whole family.
The cottage is located at a phenomenal location a quiet street in the heart of Atlantic Beach with direct access to the ocean, surrounded by a great mix of owner occupants and rental homes. It is close or within walking distance to dozens of great chef-inspired restaurants, shopping, sporting stores, and numerous outdoor activities. Empty lot to the east and older retired couple to the west create a quiet environment on a dead-end road while being only blocks away from many of the top local attractions. Certain times of the year you basically have an uncrowded private beach!
We have also added some little touches that make this property truly special, such as the large 30 sq ft hot/cold outdoor shower on the back of the house, an open hot/cold outdoor shower on the front of the house, keyless entry, flat screen roku smart tv's throughout, stainless steel appliances, high speed internet, and a Le Blue hot/cold water tank that ensures great-tasting, completely pure, contaminant-free water in BPA-free bottles. A 5-gallon bottle is included with your stay, and additional water and midweek cleaning are available upon request at the time of booking.
Property features a whole home generator for the extremely unlikely case you ever lose power! Two washers and dryers are on the 1st level. 3rd level features two sliding glass doors and a regular door to access the top deck and hot tub.
The 1st level with the game room and two of the bedrooms (king room and double queen room) has a separate private entrance with no interior connection to the above two levels.

Atlantic Beach stay

Great vacation spot
This home is so beachy! It is the perfect spot for a family beach vacation. We really enjoyed our stay. The home is directly on the beach, the pool and the hot tub are wonderful. I highly recommend!

Family beach vacation
Perfect spot for a relaxing week! Right on the oceanfront! Pretty little stroll to the ocean! Also within walking distance to some amenities. Check-in was easy and property manager was so easy to work with! Delightful stay!

This property was amazing. It is exactly what a beach house should be. We were comfortable and cozy. Very relaxed feel. Fun game room but spent more time outdoors so it was hardly used unlike the Pool and hot tub which were wonderful. We were thrilled to not have to buy so many things thanks to owners providing many extras. ( paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and so on) Fully stocked kitchen down to the spices. Our dog felt welcomed as well. Great small town. Town is also very dog friendly. Easy walking to yummy food and drinks. Plenty of room for a big group. Watch out for the little prickly balls and sticker bushes out in force if you have a paw baby, but the back yard is pretty safe. Loved the separate “apt” bottom floor. It gave some in our group who like the late night to go in and out without disturbing the rest of the house. We will be back.

Family Vacation - Week of July 4th - 2025
Nice PropertyHouse was very clean.Had a couple of HVAC issues .Property Manager responded immediately and issues were resolved.Nice ammenities, pool, hot tub on upper deck.Atlantic Beach 4th of July Fireworks were 100 yds away and the view was Spectacular from the upper deck. Could see Moorehead City fireworks simultaneously Basketball goal and outside balls, pool table, video arcade machines & multiple TVs, were a welcome treat. Wi-fi was simple to access and worked great.Outside shower was awesome- great plus !!Would recommend for any large family.Note: Our only issue was that the downstairs, bedrooms, bathroom, pool table, game room are accessible only from a separate outside exterior entrance and not from inside the main house.We put adults downstairs and had no issues.

Overall, not what you expect for this price. 2 of 3 bathrooms leaked, gurgled sewage on you, or didn’t have HVAC. One of the listed bedrooms had no HVAC, one of the listed bathrooms had no HVAC. The pool was steaming hot and cloudy/not balanced for the majority of the vacation. The owner/host messages constantly to the extent it serves their purposes, but doesn’t respond to problems. Having booked beachfront locations for a decade, this is a low point. Don’t rent this.

Pool condition: We absolutely acknowledge the pool experienced cloudiness mid-stay during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Our pool company serviced it prior to arrival and again mid-week on Wednesday, which you confirmed in our messages. Unfortunately, extreme heat can challenge water clarity even with proper chemical balance and regular service. Since your stay, we have fully drained the pool, refilled it, and installed a new high-capacity filter — and it has performed perfectly since. We're sorry the timing affected your experience.
HVAC: The home is climate-controlled on every level — mini-split units serve the first and second floors, and central HVAC serves the third floor. We're not aware of any units that were non-functional during your stay, and this concern was not raised with us at any point so that we could troubleshoot or adjust remotely, which we are able to do.
Plumbing: We were not made aware of any leaks or sewage issues during your stay, nor have prior or subsequent guests reported similar problems. Our septic system was professionally pumped the week before your arrival. We did experience an unusually rainy stretch that week, which can temporarily affect drain field performance in coastal areas — but again, without being notified, we had no opportunity to investigate or resolve anything in real time.
Communication: Our message history shows proactive communication from our team throughout your stay, including a same-day personal response regarding the pool concern — the one issue you did bring to our attention. We responded promptly and contacted our pool company immediately. We wish the other concerns had been shared with us during your visit so we could have addressed them on the spot.
We are committed to providing an excellent guest experience and are always happy to address issues as they arise. We wish you and your family all the best.

Beautiful newly renovated beach home
The beach home home had everything we needed. The kitchen appliances were brand new, still had the tags on, and the knives and pans were very good quality. The laundry room had 2 new washers and 2 dryers. The home was clean and comfortable. And of course, the beach front location was awesome and the reason we booked this home in the first place. We would stay in this location again

We have also added some little touches that make this property truly special, such as the large 30 sq ft hot/cold outdoor shower on the back of the house, an open hot/cold outdoor shower on the front of the house, and a Le Blue hot/cold water tank that ensures great-tasting, completely pure, contaminant-free water in BPA-free bottles. A 5-gallon bottle is included with your stay.
