Top and bottom units have 2 bedrooms with 12" queen memory foam mattress, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom with complimentary items included. A washer and dryer as well as an outdoor shower will make your sandy stay clean and enjoyable. There are 4 free parking spots reserved in front of the property and you are just steps away from the ocean! Come relax!

Very clean, comfortable. Very close to new walkway to the beach (like a couple of dozen feet from the front yard). We rented the whole house for a large family group, it was perfect.

Women's Retreat

What a great place to stay for our Women's retreat in Morehead. It was only a very short commute. The house was super clean, convenient to restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the host was very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know. Will definitely stay here again.

We were very happy and delighted with this space. Very clean, bright and accommodating. Love the option have 2 separated entrances and access to 2 separated climate controls. Will definitely be coing back to this exact vrbo and nice touch with th4 breakfast options.

Family getaway

The house was well appointed and a perfect location for our family weekend with our adult children and their families. We had just the best time. Communication with the host was prompt and easy! Plan to return again.

Great place at the beach for big group

This property is very well done. The property is stocked and nicely appointed. The bedrooms are large and beds are very comfortable. The outdoor spaces are great with shower, grills and deck chairs. The location is exceptional. The access to the beach is barely 1 block. Communication with the property owners was prompt and helpful (check in/check out).

Location to beach, breakfast, and cocktails is unmatched! The whole house is two separate units that provide both large group gathering space and privacy when needed. Beach chairs, wagon, and sun umbrella provided. Instructions for stay and clean up are brief and simple. Beds are very comfortable. Hosts are responsive but not intrusive at all. This house was our meeting spot on the way to the beach!

The location is excellent. The hosts answered quickly when we were unable to get in. Sadly, the downstairs unit still reeks of something like tar or asphalt. We complained about this last year and were told it would go away over time. It has not. It is bad enough to cause headaches, and maybe other issues. definitely do not stay here if you have migraine or asthma. The cheapness of ALL of the furniture and decor also make the place much less comfortable than it could be. The upstairs coffee table, clearly made from press board, is coming apart, as is the dresser. The bath mat is tiny and totally inadequate- especially considering that only one towel per guest is allotted. Owners need to attend to these issues. At this price point, we expect better.

We absolutely LOVED Kellie's AB&B. The house was perfect for our stay of 6. The house was clean and plenty of room to move around. The bathrooms had nice showers with plenty of towels and soap. Kitchens stocked with paper products, all pots and pans needed. We even had snacks! TV's in each room. The AC worked well with fans in each room.One great thing was that we were only about a block at most from the beach access, maybe less! We had 4 parking spaces right in front of the house. We truly couldn't ask for more. It was just like staying with family or friends.Kellie was available to answer questions quickly and very friendly.We will absolutely stay at Kellie's AB&B again and I would give her MORE than 5 stars if we could! The host was very quick to respond to any messages however the property itself was an absolute disappointment. We understand being a beach house theres wind damage, moisture/humidity build up but there were many cracks in the walls. Some were literally taped to keep the paint up. The down stairs living had a broken couch, coffee table and a horrible smell. The host does not allow cats yet there was cat food stored in kitchen and my son got a horrible allergic reaction from possibly the residual cat dandruff. The upstairs deck was falling apart. Several boards were sticking up causing us to trip multiple times. The flooring was coming apart in the hallway. The outside was filled with trash and cigarette buds both downstairs and up. The location was the most positive aspect of the house. Just minutes walk to dinning and beach entry access. Hopefully the host takes the time to fix up the house so new guest can feel at ease and not disappointmented as we were to the many largely visible cracks on the walls.
