Upon the drive up and walking in, definitely has the "WOW" factor.Clean, nice linens appointed well. Super homey cabin tucked in just far enough away:). Lots of pots, pans, colorful stoneware too.

This was a very quiet and nice retreat for us, the host was very helpful and accommodating. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with all cooking utensils necessary, unlike other rentals we have stayed in this one had everything one would need if you wanted to cook a full meal. Enjoying morning coffee watching and hearing nature was probably the best part of my day. Pet dishes were also provided. I would Highly recommend this cabin.

The cabin was beautiful! We didn't even realize how spacious and pretty it was until we walked in. There is a beautiful porch as well and a swing to sit outside and listen to the birds and the wind in the trees. The host was very friendly and we were able to easily contact her if we needed anything. The driveway is a little rough but ok if you go slow. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a peaceful getaway in nature.

We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back next year! This house was perfect for our family, including our two young kids and our parents. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and we immediately felt right at home.We loved how peaceful and secluded the property felt without being too far from civilization. There was plenty to explore nearby, including Eagle Rock, Deer Rapids Bridge, the local farmers market, and the trail right on the property. We also loved the creek at the bottom of the road! The road was easy to navigate overall, with just a little rough patch right before reaching the house.The big porch was one of our favorite spots, the kids enjoyed playing cornhole, and my husband especially loved having the grill. The kitchen was also well stocked with all the helpful items you need to feel at home and cook during your stay.We did have a tree fall across the road and temporarily block us from leaving for our planned adventure one day. Of course, things like that can happen when you’re staying in the mountains, and we appreciated that it was taken care of as soon as possible.Overall, this was exactly the kind of mountain getaway we were hoping for. It was comfortable, relaxing, family-friendly, and in a beautiful location with so much to explore. We made wonderful memories here and are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Our stay at the cabin was a excellent retreat enjoying quiet mornings on a deck swing overlooking the wilderness surrounding the cabin. The amenities are abundant with all necessary culinary needs and home necessities provided. A true breath of fresh air enjoying nature up close.

We had a great stay. The house was comfy and well-equipped. The property was beautiful - really peaceful and quiet. Our dog, Tate, loved being with us and especially the hikes and wading in the nearby streams. Super smooth check-in/check-out. We hope to return!!

Beautiful cabin style home tucked away in the woods. Loved it. Very clean and beautiful views from the deck. Host is very accommodating as well.

Beautiful house with lots of puzzles and spaces to hang out as a family. Very secluded but easy drive to restaurants and hikes. Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing! The word "perfect" was used numerous times throughout the weekend.We even got rained-in over the weekend and the house was a wonderful place to stay, while we couldn't get out and explore.The air hockey table was a hit, and we even played a game of chess.Comfortable beds, couch, and such a nice front porch to relax on and swing, while looking at the view. Would absolutely go back!

This is our default spot for Thanksgiving. Great to unplug and enjoy nature and the kids stay entertained. We love this cabin and Carla is a great host!

This was the perfect weekend getaway! Loved how clean everything was. The cabin was in immaculate condition. I want to stay there every weekend. I highly recommend this property for anyone who just needs a getaway from the hustle and bustle.

The house is very cosy and has everything you may need. Great location with beautiful nature and very quiet place. Carla was most helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We had a great stay and time there. Thank you very much, Carla!

Very nice and peaceful location and the cabin is nicely decorated. Hostess left loads of spices, etc. for adding to cooking meals. The cabin was very clean ( something we always look for). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!
