Beautiful beach front condo. Spacious and updated, very nice, and just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed our stay! Parking garage was a little tight with parking but other than that, overall a wonderful condo.

Very convenient location, right on the beach with two easy accesses to the beach over the dunes. Good open view of the sunrise at the ocean. Very pleased with the elevator for ease of transporting people, luggage and groceries up from the covered parking. Was nice and quiet. Very large main suite with spacious bathroom, walk in shower. Secondary bedroom was adequate with two single beds; guest restroom was rather small and tight. Laundry closet had full size washer and dryers stacked. There is the extra room with pull out bed if needed. Televisions were easy to operate. Plenty of towels, all cooking utensils, pots and pans as needed. Could not be more pleased with the kitchen area and size. Comfy furnishings, nice sturdy furniture on balcony. Extra beach accessories were very handy and appreciated. Will consider returning.

Location Location Location

Excellent location, restaurants within walking distance, short drive into old town. Clean condo, nicely appointed, everythimg you could want (except shampoo and bodywash but a quick trip to WinDixie solved that). Wonderful stay.

Beautiful place with everything we needed for a 7-night stay. Fantastic location. We were able to walk to many restaurants and ice cream shops. We also really enjoyed the pool because we were able to have it all to ourselves every time we used it! We would stay again!

Stayed here while moving son into college. Had everything we needed and more. Beautiful spot right on the beach!

We had the best time & absolutely loved this condo. Super clean & loved being right on the beach. Quiet area with access to tons of restaurants! We can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful Beach Condo. Absolutely Loved it!!

Visited our daughter who attends Flagler. We enjoyed the Beach the pool A sunset Catamaran cruise and Many fantastic restaurants. Don’t really want to leave but we will be back soon(:

Great location!

Very nice condo although daybed was not comfortable for an adult. Nicely decorated and convenient location.

Steps from the beach!

Condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, nice/equipped kitchen (no coffee pot, only a Keurig coffee maker...). Best part was beach access of course, but what a wonderful place to stay on St Augustine Beach!

Relaxing vacation

The condo is as beautiful as it looks online. We watched lightening over the ocean, picked seashells, and enjoyed the pool. We've never been to St. Augustine Beach before this trip but definitely plan to return.

Perfect in every way

This place is perfect: beautifully decorated and all new, steps from beach, cute pool and a short drive to town. Would definitely book again. We were 3 ladies taking a little break from work and life!

Perfect location

The condo was well appointed with high end updates and spacious. The location was great. Quiet 9 unit complex. Steps to beach or to the pool. Looking forward to a future stay.

Beautiful Condo

Absolutely Gorgeous Condo!! We couldn’t have been happier. The weather did not cooperate but the view of the Ocean was magnificent.

Nice place

My sister slept in on if the single beds and it was very uncomfortable. It seemed like a child’s bed.

Family oriented

Beautiful condo in a great location. Perfect for a family with single set of adults. Outside of the master suite (which is amazing) the rooms/sleeping arrangements are more child oriented. Adults staying in the two guest rooms may find the beds/couch a little lacking.

This condo is clean and open with ocean views. New appliances, countertops and bathroom fixtures felt luxurious. Towels, bedding, dishes and glasses were all quite nice.

Great Location

The owner of this property thought of everything to make this stay better. The house was walkable to shopping and restuarants and more important ice cream for the kids :) The unit was decorated very well and really clean with direct ocean views from master and main living space. We will make this unit a regular stop for us at the beach. Reed Family

Fantastic Vacation Stay!!!

This place is gorgeous! We loved everything about it. It is updated and beautiful with great views of the beach. Amazing place to stay and we will be back. Three few things to note: (1) the third bedroom is not a bedroom but a very small living room; (2) there is no bathtub for small kids; and (3) the parking is very tight for big cars. There is public parking down the street! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great Getaway

Loved everything about this property with the exception of it being directly below another unit where we could hear the folks above us walk. It was bizarre to not hear them speak but, every time they took a step, we knew it.

Great Location

Wonderful location! The property was very clean, and had everything we needed. Our suggestions would to get better pillows, and nicer mattresses in the twin bed room as they were both very thin. Also, we heard the person above us several times from 10pm-4am...and that was very annoying. However, we're not sure there's much they can do to fix that issue. Overall, it was a great place and we would defiantly recommend it.
