You will love staying in this ADORABLE 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach condo during your vacation in the magical paradise that is Destin! You will be absolutely mesmerized by the beachfront gulf view.... The view is AMAZING and you can see the emerald green waters of the gulf of Mexico from every angle of the kitchen, living room and balcony! You will sit on the spacious balcony with your coffee in the morning or your wine in the evening and watch the Sea Gulls play in the sun or watch the beautiful sunset in the evening. This comfortable home features a fully equipped kitchen with BRAND NEW kitchen cabinets, new stainless appliances, which include a refrigerator with an ice maker, glass top stove with oven and matching microwave. The kitchen has Quartz counter tops, tiled backsplash, and is fully stocked with all you will need for your vacation! The master bedroom comes with a king size bed with a NEW comfortable mattress and is decorated in a warm Coastal decor. This home also includes a large flat screen tv in the living room, bedroom and two tvs set up for the little ones to watch in their bunk beds in the hall....just perfect for entertaining! There is a FULL SIZE washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

This condo comes with free beach service during the season, high speed wireless internet, charcoal grills and a heated pool in the winter.

Was good, very loud. Pool was being worked on at 6:30 am to 7 am, and all day. They parked in the way, and heard one using bad language. Over all was nice. Just a lot of loud visitors, kids screening until 10 to 11 pm every night.

We loved the location to the beach, and it was as described online. Garbage disposal didn't work but other than that we were very pleased.

Great Spring Break spot

Everything in the condo was exactly as pictured, clean, and perfect for my family. We loved being right on the beach! Sitting on the balcony was very relaxing. We had no problems at all! Our only “suggestion” would be a rug or something in the entry hall. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay

We had an amazing stay! The renovations are so beautiful and we’d be more than happy to come stay again! The kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen and large table are gorgeous. The washer/dryer is super updated. Highly recommend this place!

Million Dollar View

The condo was clean and comfortable with welcoming decor. The view is simply amazing! This was our first time staying beachfront and we would stay here again. The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own TVs, and the King bed was very comfortable. Owner communicated very well over an issue that popped up and it was immediately and conveniently handled. Highly recommended.

Adorable condo right on the beach

Crystal Sands West - Condo 202A is as advertised. Very up to date and beautiful. Very clean and neat - loved the totally stocked kitchen and new appliances. Large table for gathering. was a plus! Master bedroom had plenty of room and the king bed was amazing! Loved sitting on the patio with coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. Donna was a wonderful hostess and responded to my questions promptly. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing trip to Destin.

Perfect Location!

Perfect spot for little ones that want to stay right in the beach but also enjoy a wonderfully heated pool. The best of both worlds. Destin beaches are like heaven on earth. I would suggest bringing your own beach towels as those are not included at the condo as well as your own beach toys. Make sure you bring some laundry soap and having the washer/dryer is a huge perk! No laundry when you return home! Bring some dishwasher pods, paper towels, and TP as you will get just enough to get you started. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!!

The place was excellent for our needs. We stayed in Unit 202A. The Unit itself was beautiful inside completely updated. The building's outside structure is older with a small rectangular pool which did not affect us. We were right on the beach, no problems reserving chairs & umbrella. The other renters were so friendly. The upkeep of the property was amazing. Through out the day the grounds keepers were sweeping the sidewalks, cleaning the elevator, etc. The property is amazingly clean - DEFINITELY WORTH THE STAY!!! Lots of security. Quiet

Loved the beachfront view!

Great location, close to plenty of restaurants. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Could use more utensils in the kitchen. There were no cutting knives, no small skillets and the ones that were provided kept getting food stuck on them even with cooking spray. The coffee maker was dirty with old coffee grinds in it. Shower head was not working properly.

Beautiful Updated Condo But...

Everything was beautiful, this unit is REALLY NICE!! The decor, as well as the upgrades were simply BEAUTIFUL. And the property manager was very responsive and easy to contact. However, the covers on the beds weren't clean, there were stains on ALL 3 of the bedspreads (not fluffy enough to be called a comforters). The pillows on the bed were a little musty and the extra blankets were as well. Very annoying because I had to go to Walmart to get Tide and fabric softner, and throw everything in the washer and dryer. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

We Will Be Back!

This property was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Our family (2 adults 2 kids 7 and 4) fit perfect. The view was incredible! The mattresses were very comfortable and the unit was clean. Donna was a great communicator and answered any questions quickly. We didn't have any issues with the beach chair or umbrella use. The beach is fantastic for families. A note to mommas - bring some plastic cups and plates or paper plates. My kids are old enough to use glass, but there wasn't any plastic plates or cups. :) We will stay here again!

Like-new beach condo with fabulous views!

We just completed an 11-night stay at this property and had a great time. This condo is exactly as pictured on the site. It was recently renovated. Everything is new, fresh, and clean. It's comfortable and has a great beach vibe. The complex is well maintained and very quiet. Check in and out was super easy with keyless entry. We got detailed instructions for everything in advance. The kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked quite a bit and had everything we needed. You could easily stay here long term. Being right on the beach is the best and this condo is in a great location 5 minutes from tons of shopping, including grocery and drug stores. Loved waking up each morning to that gorgeous view and even seeing dolphins from our balcony! Ignore the older reviews. This is a beautiful condo-you won't be disappointed!

Unit needs work

Great location on the beach. Loved having chair service each day. The unit needs better mattresses and a new washer and dryer. The mattress has a big dip in the middle. We tried the couch and it was just as bad The dryer takes 2 hours to dry towels. Shower head was old. Front door is unsafe. Two nights we had kids screaming and playing loud music from 10 to 11:15 with no parent around . This unit need so work. Not worth the price we paid. I will do better research next time.

Cleaning issues

Starting with the positives, the location of this property is ideal. It’s right on the beach and close to Whole Foods and a shopping mall. However, that’s where the good ends. The property itself is filthy, dirty, and outdated. While the towels were nice and fluffy, unfortunately, that was the only highlight. The pillowcases and blankets had clearly not been washed prior to our arrival, and the apartment was extremely dusty. I really wanted to like this property, and it has potential, but it desperately needs more attention to cleanliness. Being on the beach, it’s understandable that sand might get into the apartment. However, when I requested a vacuum, I was told they didn’t have one available, forcing me to purchase a Swiffer mop to clean up the sand myself. Given the hefty cleaning fee (around $500-$600), the apartment should have been spotless, but it was far from it. The windows on the balcony were filthy, which detracted from the stunning view. It was obvious they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The couch and chairs were visibly dirty, and the kitchen was cluttered with old, useless items, though it did have plenty of plates. Additionally, they didn’t provide trash bags, expecting guests to buy their own. The bedding was cheap, synthetic, and noisy—every movement in bed was disturbingly loud for my partner. Worst of all, there was mold on the kitchen air vent. Overall, while the location and view are excellent, the apartment itself is old, dirty, and poorly maintained
