100 W. Court St., 1A. Our condo is very unique in all aspects. It is in a perfect downtown location with a parking place provided. The exposed brick walls and hardwood floors provide plenty of character and the furnishings provide all the luxuries of home. The condo is very open and spacious. You will enjoy the private outdoor patio accented with ivy walls and special lighting. For your convenience also has it's own private entrance for your convenience.

Great downtown location. We walked everywhere, even the place to rent bicycles was just across the street. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable…loved the patio!! Will definitely come back!!

This is our new favorite place to stay in Greenville - excellent and convenient location to all things downtown, brilliantly appointed as to interior details and decor, and wonderful, responsive hosts. What more did we need? Within walking distance of all the best eateries, the Reedy park, and the Saturday market on Main - oh, and Judson’s Bookstore just around the corner! Thank you for a lovely time in Greenville. We will be back.

Maintenance

Place is beautiful and the location is perfect. We are super careful every time we rent and had something break due to poor maintenance. Hated it since I could not fix right away. Important for renters to be careful as much as having everything properly tightened. Will recommend and return.

Greenville Getaway

This condo in downtown Greenville was perfect for our 4day vacation. We were 2 short blocks from the middle of town. Parking is free and right outside the building. The private patio was perfect for happy hour or late night. The bath with large walk-in shower is wonderful. The overall design of the condo is high quality. The Reedy River park is the highlight of downtown. We walked up and down the river multiple times. Several excellent restaurants and a bookstore are within short walking distance. In summer, you can walk to the Greenville Drive ballpark. We want to return to Greenville and stay here again.

Perfect spot off Main

What a wonderful space! My husband and I spent a week there working remotely while our daughter was at sleep away camp nearby. The location was perfect and was very quiet tucked away a block off of Main Street. We also had plenty of space to both set up work spaces (something that was hard to find downtown!). We enjoyed walking to restaurants and running on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, which was easy to access from downtown.

Absolutely perfect!

This apartment was perfect for a weekend away. We loved having a dedicated parking lot and a private entrance. It was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished with plenty of towels and little snacks. The location is ideal - tucked away from a lot of the street noise but a 2 min walk from the Main Street area. We look forward to coming back to Greenville and this apartment will be the first place we line up. Thanks for a great stay!
