A luxurious 1 bedroom, 1 full bath loft. 1000 sq ft of space with HUGE sunny windows overlooking the city. Dining table for 4 and eat up island. A 56" Smart TV with Fast WiFi. 1 King Bed and 1 Queen sleeper sofa. Baby equipment available for an extra fee.
Walk 1 block to The Peace Center or The Swamp Rabbit Trail, 2 blocks to stunning Falls Park and The Reedy River, where fantastic restaurants, festivals, and shopping abound.
Covered parking ($7 per day) & E Chargers too!

Lovely place/great location!

This is a lovely one-bedroom place very close to everything going on. I appreciated that this is a smaller building and was very private and quiet, even while being close to quite a bit of action.

What a wonderful find!

We could not have asked for a better holiday stay! The location is awesome - centrally located and so easy to walk to so much of what GVL has to offer. Check-in and check-out were easy, smooth, and totally painless. And Tricia was super responsive throughout our stay. The space was clean and comfortable - we will definitely be back! Thanks Tricia for an great stay!

Nicely appointed, great location

Comfortable, quiet building in the heart of downtown Greenville. Everything you need is in the unit and dozens of restaurants, shops, etc. are just steps away.

Stylish - immaculate bungalow will all amenities inside - location is prime for downtown walks / dining or for your work visits to Greenville SC - host is amazing and is helping me reconnect with my luggage that I left on property !!!

Peaceful Getaway

Lovely property within walking distance to downtown Greenville’s shops, restaurants, beautiful Reedy river walking trails, and the Peace Center. Perfect place for a nice getaway.

Great Place

My wife & I love this place - when we need a quick getaway. Located just off the main strip in Greenville, you can walk to great restaurants, down by the river & shopping. The unit is in a nice community & has everything one needs.

Great property in a wonderful location

Lovely condo -- clean, bright, high ceilings, well decorated,quite and comfortable. Great location for visiting Greenville, everything downtown was within easy walking distance. Parking was no issue, nor was loading/unloading car from the courtyard. Also, location made easy access to get in/out of Greenville to go up in the mountains. Has been a wonderful stay.

Fabulous location in Greenville

Darling condo in the heart of downtown Greenville. We loved our stay. The only reason I did not rate this 5 star is bc the wood floors have a very loud squeak. This woke up both myself and my husband at night when one of us got up. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Better than the hotels

Property owners make it real easy and location is perfect. Compared to other places in Greenville this does not have the street noise but close enough to the restaurants and night life.

Beautiful Downtown Condo

Very lovely home with all the right stuff for a wonderful vacation. Centrally located near restaurants and shops while still being very private. Extra bonus was the amazing Farmer's Market on Saturdays about two blocks from the home. The host has the easiest check-in and check-out process.

When we walked into this property, I instantly fell in love with the exposed brick walls, and I envisioned how fun it would be to decorate. The "industrial loft" feel of this apartment is something I've always hoped I could live in one day.
