Roomy, 3BR/2BA, Condo ~On~ the Beach!

Come enjoy our favorite vacation spot on the beautiful sugar beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama!

Our condo is a very roomy 1250 sq ft gulf side view unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed, full size crib, private bath, and flat screen TV with DVD player. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and flatscreen TV with DVD player while the third bedroom has a single over double bunkbed with a trundle and a flat screen TV with built in DVD player. The second and third bedrooms share a bath. The living area is very roomy! The kitchen is open to the living room and dining area-separated only by a very large bar with 6 barstools. The dining area seats 6 as well! The living room has an L shaped sleeper sofa and a flatscreen TV with built in DVD. The balcony seats 6 comfortably and is the perfect place to spend time relaxing when not on the beach!

Our unit is within walking distance of shopping, dining, entertainment, and the newly renovated 'Hangout'- a hot spot in Gulf Shores. Also available close by are 'Waterville' and 'The Track' amusement parks, the Gulf Shores Zoo, OWA amusement park, Tanger Outlet Mall, and lots of golf courses! Don't miss eating at 'Lu Lu's', a local favorite owned and run by Jimmy Buffett's sister. We're only 15 min from concerts at The Wharf. There is so much to see and do in the area, and Pensacola NAS (home of the Blue Angels) is only a 45 min ride away- watch their practice flights and tour the museum for free!

We strive to be family friendly. In addition to the full size crib you will find beach toys, videos, puzzles, and games. And to help you enjoy your time, there are books, an exercise room, and paths and sidewalks throughout Gulf Shores.

The pool area is beachfront and has both a pool and a kiddie pool. There are 2 covered areas with picnic tables near the pools for times you wish to enjoy the sounds and sights of the beach without exposure to the sun. Charcoal grills are also available in this area.

We are located very close to where Hwy 59 reaches the beach. Our unit is a favorite for the 4th of July, Hangout Music Fest, and Shrimp Fest!

Comfortable stay

Condo was as described, except for an issue with black mold in the bathrooms. We let the manager of the property know and they just said thank you. Ended up cleaning it up ourselves. The couch needs a good shampooing.

It was very nice and I would stay there again. It was close to everything if you don't mind a short walk. The pool gets crowded at times but that is usual at most beach spots

Perfect location and great condo

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay. The condo has plenty of space, all sorts of extras to make your stay feel like home. Lea was very responsive and so helpful with local info and instructions. We would definitely recommend the condo and hope to come back!

Sand in my Boots Festival

The location was great. Easy check in process. Water pressure in the showers was amazing. Primary bedroom has an extremely soft mattress topper so be prepared, LOL. We would definitely stay here again.

Snowbirds

Loved the location of this place. However, the condo was not clean. The refrigerator was dirty and there was food left in the freezer. The oven needed to be cleaned and the stovetop should’ve been wiped off. Asked the owner to have the carpets cleaned while we were gone and was told they had been cleaned prior to our arrival. The carpet, linoleum and bathrooms (especially the toilet and floors) all had to be cleaned. King sized mattresses (awful!) need to be replaced as the toppers don’t help. This condo is fine if you’re staying for a couple of days but not if you stay longer as it really needs a good cleaning.and necessary updates.

Super close to the beach and the Hangout

This was hands down the best condo we have stayed at. The location was amazing. The condo had a great floorplan and was stocked with everything one could need. There were plenty of towels, blankets, & dishes. There was even a crockpot there, lol! There were plenty of beach toys available to use. There were also games and decks of cards to play with. The beds were really comfy. The owner was amazing and was super friendly when we communicated. This will definitely be the place we stay in Gulf Shores whenever we vacation.

Great Spring Break

We spent a week with our daughter, her husband and two teenagers. We really liked the convenience of this location and how comfortable the unit was. Lea was terrific to deal with and her unit had everything you would need — the kitchen was nicely stocked, laundry was super convenient and the beds were super comfortable. Being situated right next to the public beach and main intersection was super convenient wherever you wanted to wander.

Family reunion

Property was exactly as advertised. Owner was available and friendly for any questions. Easy access to shops ,restaurants, within walking distances. Beach access right out the back door. 👍👍👍👍👍

Great location!

My family & I (2 years-84 years) thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a great location & easily walkable to several restaurants/shops. The owner quickly responded to any questions we had. There was plenty of room for the 5 adults & 3 kids. The furnishings were somewhat dated but we didn’t mind. The coffee pot was dirty & my mom had to scrub it before use. The sleeper sofa was not comfortable so it wasn’t really an option for sleeping. I would love curtains in the bunk room to keep the streetlights/early morning sun out.

Wonderful family get away

The view was perfect of both the ocean and to people watch down Beach Blvd. Great set up for a family with bunk beds and a crib. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Lea was very friendly and helpful when needed! Would definitely come back.

Wonderful location and owner, too many fees from Vrbo.

We had a great time swimming and playing at the beach! The only negative was all of the extra unnecessary fees that Vrbo added to the cost of our trip. The owner was friendly and helpful and responded to our messages right away!
