Aloha! We are excited to offer this beautiful ground floor studio condo with separate sleeping area for your next stay in paradise. Although this unit is classified as a studio, it has a large (190 sqft), fully separated sleeping area with a king bed facing the golf course and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room area. As a studio, ordinance 25-2, Section 21-5.70-3(2)(C )(ii)(bb), allows no more than two adults in the unit. In addition to the two adults, the sleeper sofa provides comfortable sleeping for up to two children. This unit is situated in Kui'lima Estates East, which is located at Turtle Bay on the famous North Shore of Oahu. Enjoy the resort lifestyle without paying expensive resort prices! With a casual island feel, we want you to feel right at home during your stay with us. A beautiful pool, barbecues, and tennis courts lay just outside your door, while the beach, two championship golf courses (Arnold Palmer and George Fazio), Nalu Kinetic Spa, multiple restaurants (Lei Lei's Bar & Grill, Roy's Beach House, Alaia, Off the Lip, and Ho'olana) and a pool bar are just a short 5 minute walk away.

We loved our stay here. The location was great, the bed so comfy, and the pool was an aded bonus. The host was quick to reply to our messages and made sure our concerns were taken care of. We loved being walking distance to the Turtle Bay beach and enjoy walks to the Ritz to watch the sunrise and sunset.Be sure to bring your own shampoo and hand soap whih were not part of the amenities.

Good unit. Great breeze. The pool was run over by locals not guests on the weekends. Better security needed. We enjoyed our stay. We will be back. Aloha!

Wonderful place to stay! We will definitely be back! Clean and quaint, in the back end of complex so it was quiet and we had privacy out the back lanai! Very close to pool too, especially from the lanai! Host was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the stay and before. I highly recommend this spot! The bed was SO comfortable too omg!

Great condo with excellent amenities for the price. Extremely quiet location. Bed was very comfortable and my husband and I both have bad backs, so this is a major plus. We stayed in mid-August and the expectation to only have the air conditioning on while we were in the unit seemed extreme given it was not cool overnight. A box fan might be a nice addition to circulate air out to the living room where our son slept on the pull out couch. It stayed pretty stuffy and when we ran the drier it didn't help the heat on the living room. Kitchen was well equipped enough for how much cooking we did in house. Pool was just around the corner and the walk to the Ritz/beach was very quick! Beach gear was a mixed bag, boogie boards and beach chairs were in good condition although we didn't use them, but there was not a full snorkel set that was not broken upon arrival. Overall it was a great choice for our family of 3 and we were very pleased.

Great location - easy walk to Turtle Bay - at the resort you can also go either direction for short, beautiful hikes. Nicely appointed, larger place than it looks, very quiet. Lots of kitchen appliances and beach chairs/towels etc. Note - no shampoo/conditioner so plan on bringing your own.

Perfect location on the North Shore and lovely accommodation near the pool, with a car park. Really enjoyed our time there! Walk to Turtle Bay where we swam with the turtles and short drive to Gunstock Ranch where we had a sunset dinner and horse ride. Short drive to Pipeline and the Polynesian Centre where we enjoyed visiting! Would stay again!

The location was great. Within 10 minutes walk to Ritz Carlton and Roy’s Restaurant. Didn’t care for the TV. Could not find local tv stations. Had to return the gate key fob at a different location on a narrow single lane street. Had to be done right after checkout to avoid penalties.

The location is stunning! The condo is perfectly situated to adventure on the north shore and enjoy the brilliance of the area/beaches in walking distance. We look forward to returning! The condo had everything we needed. Communication was prompt. Checking in /out was a breeze.
