Two Mitsubishi Mini Split Air conditioning units were added, living room (24,000 BTU) and Loft Bedroom (15,000 BTU). Both units replaced in July, 2025.
Enjoy your Hawaii vacation at our upstairs end unit with all the conveniences of home. Located on the grounds of the Ritz Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay resort, our condo offers a spacious feel with the open beam construction and lots of natural light. Ideal location for trade winds to keep cool. Tile flooring in the kitchen and dining area, and carpet in the living room and upstairs bedroom. Tropical art throughout.
Cook up your favorite dish in the kitchen, complete with all the amenities, or treat yourself to Roy's Beach House, a dining experience on the beach at the Turtle Bay Resort. Enjoy mountain views from the front of two lanais while sipping your favorite beverage.
As a guest (within Kuilima Estates East), you have access to the 2 swimming pools/BBQ areas and tennis/pickleball courts. The Ritz-Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay Resort has a golf course, the Palmer.
The beach (at Turtle Bay Resort) is a 10 minute walk where the warm water and tropical air will melt the day away. World Famous Banzai Pipeline, Sunset Beach, and Waimea Bay are within 5 miles. Quality restaurants and shopping close by in Kahuku and Haleiwa.
Spa activities are available at the Turtle Bay Resort including gym, yoga, and horseback riding.
Beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach towels, golf clubs and tennis/pickleball rackets are included for our guests to use.

Our stay here was great! Beautifully decorated. The condo was clean, the air conditioning was effective and the kitchen had everything we needèd and more. We would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were as expected, for the price, but two different cockroaches in the kitchen sink over the course of a week made us wary of what we were walking into each night. Can't say why they were there, the kitchen and the entire unit looked clean.Other than that, the unit and its location were peaceful. Definitely a more relaxed vibe than you'd get in Honolulu.

Yes, our condo is in a tropical environment, and we do see cockroaches every now and then (even with a clean unit).
We do spray internally with an organic pest control, but that doesn't prevent them all.
Glad you enjoyed the relaxing vibe on the North Shore.

This is a beautiful and spacious one bedroom condo in a very quiet area at Turtle Bay. It’s beautifully decorated and has everything you need to be comfortable. Accessible to many beaches and attractionsLisa, the property manager, is wonderful to deal with. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. We were there for the last few days which the storm. We made the best of it.
The property manager did a great job of checking in on us. We absolutely loved the condo.

The unit was extremely clean with a working cold AC. Just as beautiful as the pics. Host and manager were very communicative. Would stay again.

Love this unit, lots of light, great a/c, new appliances and secluded location. If cooking there is everything one might need. If not food is available within walking distance.

This was our second time staying here, that should say it all! Lisa, the property manager is great to work with.If we could change one thing...it would be to have a king size bed. Mahalo for another great stay!

Perfect location to get around North Shore and East Oahu.

Great Property and Stay!
Wife and I had a very lovely stay! The condo was clean and offered everything as advertised. Host was very communicative and helpful.

We could not have been more pleased. Cold A/C, great pool, beach chairs, and coolers. Full kitchen had everything we needed. Very easy walk to the beach. Short drive restaurants, groceries, and more beaches. Easy parking for our rental car.

Would stay here again
Enjoyed our stay. It’s quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located for North Shore activities. The kitchen was well-stocked which is always a pleasant surprise. Unlike many rentals we have experienced, it was as though someone actually lived here.

Dream Vacation
This property is located in a great location. We found that it was represented very well, and found it clean, and welcoming. A very neat place to stay, and close to the north shore, and golf.
Loved it and would recommend it to anyone.
