We’ve been staying at Turtle Bai (Kuilima)for over 30 years. Jeaninne's is by far the best condo that we’ve stayed in there. The kitchen and bathroom were beautiful,new and clean. There was such attention to detail from the adjustable the bed, linens and top quality kitchen items. The lanai was the perfect place to have morning coffee on her beautiful comfy rocking chairs. We would definitely stay there again!

The host was perfect! Helpful in finding new places to check out, and answering any questions in a timely manner, and with grace.The amenities!! Quality bedding, towels, kitchen, coffee, etc. It was so good.

North Shore getaway

Highly recommend staying here. Host did great job communicating with me. We have stayed at this area several times and this has been the best unit we have rented. It was very clean, updated and a nice quiet location. We will definitely try to rent here again.

Wonderful Place!

Wonderful quiet property on the north shore with access to the amenities at Turtle Bay Resort. Perfect for couples! Everything was clean and Jeannine’s place had everything we needed for our stay! There was a music festival going on for two nights while we were there which made traffic a little more than usual, but other than that everything was wonderful!

The condo was exceptionally clean, and the bar was beautifully set for two diners, which was a great start.The two biggest complaints: the kitchen dishes were plastic, which is fine for children but not what we expected for adults, and there was no binder of suggestions from the owner on favorite places to visit or favorite restaurants. We always count on the local owners to provide that kind of information when we are in a new area.

Thank you Timothy for your feedback on our beloved Mala D’s Hale. Yes, we do provide a clean Anne comfortable environment for our guests as this is the upmost importance to us. As far as the dishes, they are biodegradable and environmentally friendly non chipping option we chose to provide. 1-Just as I said we are very cautious as what goes into our landfill here on this land 2- It provides dishwater for those going to the pool to barbeque and enjoy lunch poolside. As the association’s rules do not allow any breakable dishes or glass near the pool area. I hope our guest realize this is wheatware dishes and not plastic ware. Having these dishes has allowed us to take care of those 2 concerns. Aloha🔆🌺🔆

Arrival at the property location went well with good instructions, but the door code is sent in a separate email that was not received. Host did not respond quickly. 30 minutes with Vrbo Support from India and we finally got the door code. Host responded after. Not ideal. Condo is nice and stocked with everything we expected. Washer/dryer was a plus. Parts of the condo could be cleaner (bathroom fan was clogged and even had a note from the previous guests that it needed cleaning). The nice view from the large outdoor balcony was of the golf course and trees. Overall, it was fine.

Thank you for your review Michael! We agree! VRBO provides the ability to include unique door codes for every guest, however their system sends the access code in a separate email, which is not ideal. It sounds like there was a delivery failure on their end that we hosts, as fellow end users of the system, are also unable to modify. We are in touch with the technical team at VRBO about this flaw and apologize for the delay during your arrival! Our cleaning crew does a complete turnover of the apartment between every guest. The previous guest did not inform us of any issues with the bathroom vent, and during inspection today with our maintenance person we found the vent to be in working order without any clogs or dust. We couldn't locate any note from yourself or the previous guest, but thank you for bringing it to our attention now! We encourage all guests to please be in touch should there be any issues with the facilities so we can ensure everything is in working order during your visit and your stay is as pleasant as possible. We're glad you enjoyed the view!
