The popular screened-in porch with a sectional sofa is a great place to lounge after a day at the beach. If preparing meals in the fully-equipped kitchen is simply not enough, give the gas grill a chance and grill out on your deck. This dog-friendly retreat offers guests direct beach access and a convenient outdoor shower so you can rinse off the sand before lounging in the living area.

The beach is approximately four blocks away from this home. Downtown Isle of Palms is just one and a half miles away. Here you’ll find shops, restaurants, the grocery store, and entertainment. The local marina, which features boat tours and water sport rentals is also just a mile away. Hop in the car and head over the connector to Mt. Pleasant, Sullivan’s Island and, Charleston where your vacationing opportunities are endless! All are reachable within 15-30 minutes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
