BEACH FRONT!!!

Beautiful Sterling Sands unit 713 that is direct gulf front. Two bed, two bath that sleeps 6 and master on the gulf. This unit also comes with a covered, assigned parking spot 50’ from the elevators! No hot car or fighting for a good spot in the parking lot with this unit. We also have a full size washer and dryer located in the unit. No coins needed!!

Newly remodeled and ready for a great family vacation. Master bedroom has a king bed and floor to ceiling glass doors opening to the large balcony with direct gulf views!! The second bedroom has a queen bed and bunks. Family friendly complex in the heart of Destin, across the street from the Track and Big Kahuna’s and walking distance to several restaurants, including the original Back Porch!

Sterling Sands has all the favorite amenities including huge pool, hot tub, gas grills, fitness center and of course the beautiful beaches of Destin!

EFFECTIVE MARCH 1st 2022 GUEST WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BRING PERSONAL UNBRELLAS ON THE BEACH. UMBRELLS CAN BE RENTED FROM THE BEACH SERVICE PROVIDER LOCATED ON THE PROPERY.

Great condo in a great location

Had a wonderful week in Destin and this was a great location for exploring the area. If you plan to cook meals there are not a lot of cooking supplies but enough to get by.

Family Beach Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The condo was beautiful and the views from the balcony are outstanding. Everything we needed was provided in this condo. The location to restaurants and shopping was great. We look forward to staying here again.

Great Stay!!

The property and unit were fantastic. As others have previously stated, the view from the balcony is amazing! The pool was clean and the beach access was very convenient. Tim was great to work with and reached out ahead of time to answer any questions we had. The kids are already asking to go back...and we definitely will be booking again for next year!

Honestly cannot think of anything that would have made this better. The condo was amazing. The view was perfect. The beach service was fantastic. The location was right in the middle of everything. And check in/out was super simple. Would definitely stay here again.

Great View & Stay

We enjoyed a lot of balcony time, early mornings and late evenings. The mirrors in the kitchen and dinning room took some getting used to. I always felt like someone was sitting or standing next to me. HaHa! Beautiful place, beautiful view. Tim was great to work with. We had a couple of small issues and he addressed it immediately. Thank you Tim! I would definitely stay again!

Great views !! The place was a little dirty from the pictures on line

The place was not up to date and the cushions on the patio had mold on the side of them. Been there for a while. Trim in bathrooms was pretty nasty . The views was great !!! Great area to stay . Tim was fast in response.. we thought is was pretty high for what the pictures show on line .

Clocks set to beach time!

Can’t say enough about this trip and the owners! The location of this unit is absolutely perfect. The complex is smack dab in the middle of everything you need for a great stay in Destin. Shopping, groceries, and restaurants all around. The unit itself is perfect for a relaxing week on the beach. Great views of the white beaches And pool from the living room and balcony. Easy beach access but very secure to prevent ‘outsiders’ from getting in. Regular rounds by security and they actually verify arm bands to ensure people should be present. The covered parking and in unit washer/dryer were icing on the cake! The unit owners are top notch to work with. Tim was always accessible for questions and help when needed and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again! If you’re looking for a place to set your clocks to ‘beach time’ look no further because you’ve found it!

Sister's Destin weekend

Really enjoyed the condo, exactly what was listed online. Beautiful view, loved the very large balcony - the condo was great. The HOA is not. (which is separate from the property owner - who was great and very responsive). You have to pay $15 per person just to access the beach/pool, then they push their umbrellas/chairs on you for an addl $45/day. If you don't rent their chairs/umbrellas, you have to sit in your own chair at the back of the beach and not near the water. As a native Floridian, I was not happy about that at all. Properties that we walked to further down the beach do not have these ridiculous HOA rules. Then the office just used the door code and walked in on us during the weekend, - not fully dressed and wasn't leaving until the next day! There are postings that say they do not have the door codes - BUT THEY DO! We hadn't been to Destin since we were teenagers, so it was nice to visit, beaches are beautiful - but I think we'll stay here at the US ranked #1 Best Beach and that's Clearwater - where there are less rules and just can just enjoy the beach in your own chair.

Family get away.

This is a great family friendly location; it is just a walk down the beach from our favorite restaurant and it is also close to shopping. The beach is beautiful and there was a crowd, but not too crowded. It is also a bit away from the heavy traffic of the boardwalk. We would absolutely stay at this location again.

Our condo has recently gone thru a renovation, including new furniture, paint and decor. Centrally located in the heart of Destin Sterling Sands is a smaller, family orientated complex walking distance to all the favorite family restaurants and attractions. Our unit also has a covered, assigned parking spot just feet from the elevator. 24hr security with private, gated beach access.
