The room was clean. Just a little aged. The host, the location and amenities all good. No beach view and in a very busy area. Also you have to go a little ways to get to beach access.

Great area we loved the kids pool & beach tram so convenient!Bed was very comfortable. I do wish there was an empty closet to hang our clothes and stuff and a full length mirror but other than that great stay!

Stay

The condo is very nice and located between Rosemary Beach and the beach access point. The beach access point is very close by but know that it's first come first serve on a very small area for all of the guests in that area and it is very unlikely you will be close to the water. The pool code that was provided to us in the unit was incorrect and we had to wait around to ask someone to let us in to use the pool each time we went in and out of it. The AC unit leaks a little from condensation onto the couch. Just a few drops every once in a while. The condo itself is nice and located in a great area.

Great Location - Not so great unit.

The only positive thing about this unit was the location. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The shower/tub drained so slowly that we had to stand in ankle-deep water during showers. Some of the dishes looked dirty, the ceiling fan was dusty, the couch was stained, and the sheets were thin and scratchy. We were only provided three pillows for a family of four. We loved this location but this unit needs some updating.

Perfect location.

It’s in the perfect place because it’s located just one block away from downtown and downstairs you have get little restaurants and shops. Outdoor music and bars.

Not as advertised

The condo is in a great location and walkable to restaurants and shops. The bed is horrible- very uncomfortable with scratch linens. Stains on the couch and in the bottom of the bathtub. There is also some damage to window trim and to the ceiling above the AC unit. Great location, but sub- par cleanliness and accommodation.

Convenient but in need of some TLC

We loved the location and have stayed in the Villages of South Walton a few other times. We had read in your reviews the complaints about the uncomfortable bed and your response that you had replaced the mattress. That is hard to believe because the mattress was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. We left with very sore backs. Every time my wife or I rolled over during the night the bed would squeak so loudly it would wake us up. If it wasn’t for the bad bed we could give a 4 star.

Village of South Walton EB212

The room is ok, but not like the picture advertised on the site. The bed is horrible. It seems as if it is broken and needs to be changed.

Great location

I give this a 4 star based on location. It's really kind of a dated hotel room. Bed was hard as a board, but nice to walk to Rosemary and Alys.

It was great! Just wished we had access to the beach , the security guards wouldn't allow us!! Love the community & Rosamary Beach & also Inlet Beach !

Very Disappointed with Resort

The only thing I loved ,it was very closed to Panama City.That’s where my Husband and I spent our time because it was nothing to do at the Village of South Walton. So my next trip I will stay in Panama City.
