Family Vacation

Beautiful home that could accommodate our entire family. The community pool is amazing! Location to beaches is great. I recommend bringing your own bath towels. There are not that many in the house.

Awesome house near 30A / Santa Rosa Beach

This house was amazing, 3 stories, plenty of room, THREE (3) washer/dryers. There was actually silverware, dishes and cookware for a large group, good job!! Made our trip very memorable, and the pool... BEAUTIFUL!! Check in was a breeze and hosts were responsive to our questions. One of my best VRBO experiences. Thank you Kim and Andy!!

Great family time!

We loved Santa Rosa Beach! This area is great! The ocean water is crystal clear. We loved staying in this house near this awesome pool! It was well stocked with everything they said it would be. It was convenient to shops and dining. The gas powered golf cart took us all over and to the beach about a mile or so away. We would stay there again! The owners were very communicative.

Experience

Our stay was great! Really enjoyed the property. It was very spacious, and the scenery was beautiful. The host were very good about communicating. I did notice that the location was supposed to include golf cart, and bikes. There were no bikes included with property. This will be a great house for the spring, and summer:)

Best house on the Beach!

Beautiful well appointed house. Perfect location very close to Gulf Place with Many fabulous restaurants.. Shunks and Perfect Pig were our favorites.. Rental came with a street legal top of the line Gem 6 seater Golf Cart which is unbeatable and the best on the beach! We had a blast and the pool right off the back of the house is huge and fantastic.. Best stocked and well appointed rental home I have ever stayed at and we have stayed in many.. they had everything! Ninja Blender.. Bluetooth music players in most rooms.. extra fridge in kids hangout / bunk room.. Home setup is perfect.. Every cooking utensil we could ever want was included.. We will definitely stay again.. Beach is very close and a fun 3 minute golf cart ride or 5 minute bike ride away.. Blue Mountain Beach is the best! tons to do, but not overcrowded and overbuilt like the rest of 30A yet.. Highly recommended!!

Family beach vacation

The property was beautiful and the space was perfect for 16 of us. 8 grandkids and 8 adults. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and there was plenty of seating for everyone to eat together. I would love to stay here again.

Location & Amenities

We had a wonderful family Vacay. The house, the location to beach and the convenience to everything we needed was great. We were a little disappointed that the community pool was not accessible to use until 12. However, it didn’t keep us from having a good time! Would definitely come back!

5 Star Family Fun

If you are looking for a family friendly beach vacation, this is the perfect place! Prior to arrival, the greeting and communication from the hosts Kim and Andy was warm and friendly and got us off to a great start. We were thrilled to see how nice and clean the home was, filled with beautiful furniture and comfy beds and linens! Plenty of space to accommodate our large group and tons of great amenities to enjoy, including an amazing gigantic neighborhood pool with waterfalls, a 6 person golf cart you can take down to the beach, and lots of dishes and appliances. It was nice having several washer/dryers as well! The beach does get a little crowded but if you get there early in the day to setup you can get a good spot! Thank you for a 5 Star experience - highly recommend!

Bright and Spacious. Close to Beach

We had a large group for Spring Break. I was a little worried that the pictures might have made the house appear more spacious than it actually is. That is not the case. You can have multiple families here and still have tons of room. And large balconies to lounge on as well. The pool is gorgeous although we didn't use since still chilly outside. Short golf cart ride to the beach and several restaurants. Only drawback, which is true of all beaches I suppose, is that the public beach area is fairly small, surrounded by private beach access. We went down around 8:00 am and staked out our spot to be safe. You can also stroll further past the private areas and find more public beach access that is much less crowded.

Family Vacation

This was our first family vacation with all 6 grandkids ages 1 yr - 18 yr. Having the pool and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The house was clean, kitchen was fully stocked and the owner provided beach accessories and a golf cart. The Sanata Rosa beach was very crowded so I would recommend going to Ft. Walton which is a mile further away from the house. We were able to utilitze the golf cart for these trips.

Great Beach Vacation!

8 Adults and 8 kids from 10 to 20 years old. We loved the beach house and I don't think the kids cared that we were at the beach after experiencing the fabulous pool! The golf cart was great to have to shuttle us a few blocks to the beach and tour 30A. Having a washer and dryer on each floor was really nice and two refrigerators and a mini frig for drinks was perfect.!
