This place was fantastic. The bikes and golf cart( LSV) made the trip so nice. Will definitely recommend this place. Had so much room!!!

Great house for 15 of us! Great parking space for 4 cars.The downstairs is a separate 2 bedroom apartment with great AC! It is on the same level as the pool in the backyard, but there is an alarm system set up on the door for safety. It was very safe for us with our 5 small children. The pool was a plus after a long day at the beach. The main level has an adequate kitchen. I would say it is moderately stocked, but it did not affect us as we ate out mostly. The washer/dryer is in a room right next to it. The master bedroom is on this level with a very comfy king mattress. The master bathroom has a huge shower and nice size bath tub that all the grandchildren enjoyed.The upstairs has 2 decent size rooms with queen beds and connecting bathroom - each with its own toilet area and one connecting shower. The upstairs bunk room is pretty small, and we needed an extra box fan for better ventilation. But once we had that, it was comfortable. This location is great as you literally walk maybe half a mile to the beach. We had a golf cart, so we were able to take things early in the day and set up before the crowds. We could walk to coffee, or we would take the golf cart up to Shunk Gulley for Bushwackers. ha haI highly recommend this property and this location.

This home is beautiful and in an excellent location, very close to the beach. Check-in was easy, and the LSV was in great condition and easy to use. The bikes were also easy to access, and the pool was clean. The hosts were responsive when we requested replacement beach chairs and an umbrella.Unfortunately, there were several issues. The backyard lights on the first floor were not working, making the area too dark for the hibachi chef we were allowed to have. Some additional lighting, such as string lights, would be helpful.The home was generally clean, but not thoroughly cleaned. The third-floor, bathroom in particular was not clean, and in the third floor jack and Jill bedrooms, there were numerous bugs, including spiders, gnats, ticks, and roaches. There was also a hole in the wall behind a dresser, which may have contributed to the issue. We notified the host and were told it would be added to the work order, but the number of roaches was unacceptable. We even found one in our luggage after returning home. The property needs to be professionally treated.There was also a strange smell on the first floor, and the smoke alarm went off unexpectedly Saturday night, waking and frightening us.Overall, the home is beautiful and has great potential, but it needs more thorough cleaning, pest treatment, and better maintenance. Guests should also receive all advertised amenities upon arrival. I give it a 3.5/5 stars.
