Kauai-Inspired California Beach Retreat, Unit 1

I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the beds. I apologize the location, parking, privacy, and living room furniture did not meet your expectations. Re the location, we do provide a neighborhood map within our listing to help guests understand the home’s location to the downtown and beach. Our goal is to be a 15-minute walk from the downtown to afford our guests a larger yard with outside amenities. Re the parking, the parking area is a 2 ½ space providing parking for 2 vehicles. While this should be ample space for 2 vehicles, our home is in an urban setting and does not offer space that would be typical in a suburban setting. Re the privacy, we do provide an aerial within our listing to help guests understand the location of the three homes on the property and the common courtyard they share. Re the living room furniture, we offer a sofa and two living room chairs. Our experience has been that guests enjoy the quality and configuration. I apologize that was not the case for you and your family. Our efforts are always, and will continue to be, to deliver the best possible experience to each and every one of our guests. Best ~ Jessica
