Beachy 2 Bedroom on 2nd floor with white water views! Bedroom #1 has a Queen and Bedroom #2 a Twin over Full bunk. Living room has a cushy sofa sectional with an additional Full pullout! Private balcony with Ocean Views. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for making family meals. Lots of seating room for dining together and lounging o the sofa for movie nights. Smart TV for Netflix Nights!

Loved our stay and the porch was wonderful. Rooms and decor very nice and comfy. Location was perfect. We rented the downstairs apartment and it was top notch! This one is roomier with a great porch view. Kitchen could use a couple of appliances updated, for those who really want to cook, but it was really too hot to cook much this summer (O’side had heatwave in July but the nights still cooled down and the ocean was great) & lots of great eateries nearby. Hostess was great and responsive. We will likely rent here again, but might aim for a cooler time of year.

Great location, proximity to the train station could be a nuisance for light sleepers but we slept with the sliding glass doors open and listened to the waves.

The unit was a good size and had everything we needed for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. Very good location walkable to the beach and restaurants etc. It was nice having the large garage to park in and there were lots of leftover things there that you can use for the beach. Communication from the host was great. The unit was extremely hot when we arrived because everything was closed up, would love if windows could be left open on the day guests are arriving to help cool it down. We brought extra fans after reading other reviews and we're glad we did. We don't know if the floor was fully cleaned, the chairs were still up on the table and it felt a little icky underfoot.

The apartment was nice and very clean. Good location for the price. The only couple things we struggled a bit with was how warm it gets in the apartment. Since there is no a/c we had all the windows open and used all the fans and during the day it was still very warm inside. At night you get some of the cooler breeze but not during the day. One of the days there must have been someone outside smoking weed because the entire apartment smelled of it since we needed to have all the windows open. There is pots and pans and some regular dishes but no foil, seran wrap, ziplock bags, and only 1 roll of paper towels so be sure to bring your own. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and that we had a 2 car garage to park in! We will definitely look at staying here again in the future!

Amazingly clean and had everything we needed. Host responsive within minutes. Comfortable and close to lots of good things. We'd go back in a minute next time we are in Oceanside.

Great stay

Very close to beach with views. Can be noisy at times with train station near by but worth it by hearing the ocean waves at quiet times.

Very cute and clean condo in a great location. Walkable to the beach, coffee shop, stores. Host was very responsive to the only request we had, and communication was great throughout our stay.

Wonderful beachside property

We had a really lovely time staying at this property while attending a friend's wedding. The apartment was incredibly clean, the manager let us check in early, and we enjoyed being only a few blocks from the beach! I also appreciated the filtered water and abundance of soap in the shower!

Great stay by the beach.

Perfect spot for us. Walk yo the ocean longer walk to the beach. Some good restaurants really close by.

Myers Beachhouse

We absolutely enjoy staying at this location. The property is great, the unit we stayed in was perfect for our family and the communication with the property owner was great. From booking to checking out was really easy. Location is walking distance to beach and close driving distance to several restaurants in the area.

We are local residents of Oceanside. I grew up here and my husband in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We are huge fans of the beach...as are our 2 children. We love to surf, paddle board and spend time enjoying all the outdoor activities that San Diego has to offer. You cannot beat the weather here!

We purchased the 4-unit property as an investment. It was near our home making it easier to manage the tenants who live there permanently. But, after spending time there, we realized that the neighborhood would make a great destination for tourists. We travel A LOT ourselves and have had plenty of experience renting vacation homes. So, we decided to turn the original home in the front into a prime spot for vacationers as well as have a little getaway for our family too!
