Beachy 2 Bedroom on 2nd floor with white water views! Bedroom #1 has a Queen and Bedroom #2 a Twin over Full bunk. Living room has a cushy sofa sectional with an additional Full pullout! Private balcony with Ocean Views. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for making family meals. Lots of seating room for dining together and lounging o the sofa for movie nights. Smart TV for Netflix Nights!

Myers Beachhouse

We absolutely enjoy staying at this location. The property is great, the unit we stayed in was perfect for our family and the communication with the property owner was great. From booking to checking out was really easy. Location is walking distance to beach and close driving distance to several restaurants in the area.

Great stay by the beach.

Perfect spot for us. Walk yo the ocean longer walk to the beach. Some good restaurants really close by.

Cozy

This property was very welcoming and cozy. Though a bit small for my preteen kids and 2 adults, it was great for the short bit of time we spent there. Kitchen (pots, pans, plates, etc) and closets (towels, blankets, sunscreen) were pretty well equipped. The "adult bed" was a little uncomfortable but was still able to sleep just fine. The host does take a bit longer to respond to inquires, but nothing bad enough to degrade a star over. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

An Easy walk to the Oceanside pier

A nice, clean, quiet location within walking distance to the Oceanside Pier and local restaurants. Well-maintained with prompt attention to any maintenance needs.

Quick getaway

This was a wonderful respite on a long road trip. Great location so we could spend lots of time walking along and enjoying the beach. Great communication with the host and everything in order as it appeared on the listing. Nice quiet neighborhood Only wish we had more time here.

Clean, bright, roomy apartment in a great location!

My husband, toddler and I had a great stay here! It’s walking distance from lots of great Oceanside cafes/restaurants/shops, as well as the beach. Having a garage to park in was a real plus in this area. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, and the apartment was clean and bright with all the amenities we needed.

Great little beach getaway

We have stayed in 3 of the units at Myers beach house and all of them are great! Clean, comfortable and always have everything we need. Laney is great and is very responsive and accommodating. I couldn't recommend Myers Beach house enough!

Comfy, clean and accommodating

Secure, clean and cozy stay at this cute find! Had everything we needed, including a spacious stocked kitchen and a 2 car garage! No complaints from 3 teens and 2 dogs. Bonus was having everything within walking distance…neighborhood store, restaurants, breweries and the ocean!

Perfect weekend

This apartment is just as advertised. Clean and well-equipped. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and amenities. Checking in and out was easy and Laney was responsive, although we had no issues to contact her about during the stay.

Great location, unit could be a little better

The location of this place is perfect. It's a short walk to the beach and you can hear the ocean. Downside is that there's no air conditioning and there's these plexi glass panels on the balcony that completely block the breeze. I do not recommend staying here in the summer! It was 90 when we stayed here and it was very hot in the unit, even at night. The bed in one bedroom was hard and uncomfortable. If it's cooler weather and you don't mind a firm mattress, this is a great stay!

Perfect accommodations. Exactly as pictured. Great location. Clean clean clean!!!

This was a family vacation. We rented both units upstairs. It couldn’t have been a better. Experience. Love the fact that it had garages parking is a premium around there walk to the beach was very short the beach was lovely. I have no negatives to say about this. Would definitely want to stay again when I go back.

Perfect apt in great location!

We visited Oceanside for the first time and stayed in unit D of Myers BH. The home is as advertised! Walking distance to most everything! Corner market was a life saver for last minute items (ice), and morning coffee and breakfast at The Cup was deeelish!! Having a spacious garage to park in was bonus!! We even took the train to/from Carlsbad!! The train station is walking distance too! Owner is great to communicate/work with…We can’t wait to visit again!

Pleasant Beach Stay

We had a wonderful time at Oceanside. The property was a great place for us. It was clean and very presentable. The ease to find and the location was excellent. It was so quiet and peaceful. The night ocean breeze was so nice to have at night. We had excellent communication with the owner as well as the property manager. They were very friendly and kind. The property was walking distance to most places especially the beach although a short drive is all you needed. It was a great experience and worth repeating.

Fun time in oceanside!

We loved unit D at Myers. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The only frustrating thing was the train. It's very loud and sounds it's horn all night. But overall a great place to stay. Only about a 10 minute walk to sandy beach, but great view of the ocean. Also, the owner answered all of our questions in a very timely manner.

Our trip to Oceanside

We loved to stay at Myers Beach House. The apartment (we stayed in Unit D) is fantastic and very comfortable for a party of five. The ocean view from the balcony is amazing and I really miss falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves. In walking distance is the beach and Oceanside downtown with shops, restaurants and a cinema. Don’t miss Sunset Market every Thursday. Communication with Laney worked perfectly. Thank you so much! If we ever visit Oceanside again we would definitely stay here again.

We are local residents of Oceanside. I grew up here and my husband in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We are huge fans of the beach...as are our 2 children. We love to surf, paddle board and spend time enjoying all the outdoor activities that San Diego has to offer. You cannot beat the weather here!

We purchased the 4-unit property as an investment. It was near our home making it easier to manage the tenants who live there permanently. But, after spending time there, we realized that the neighborhood would make a great destination for tourists. We travel A LOT ourselves and have had plenty of experience renting vacation homes. So, we decided to turn the original home in the front into a prime spot for vacationers as well as have a little getaway for our family too!
