Come into our home, relax, and enjoy all the amenities of a true home, including a large front porch, hardwood floors, granite countertops, and a fully-stocked kitchen including 2 full-size fridges. Everything you need is right here. With just 200 steps from the beach, 100 feet from legendary Bert's 24-hour grocery/convenience store, and only one block from the hub of all the island’s restaurants and shopping, having a perfect vacation at Folly Beach is as easy as '1-2-3”. When you arrive at 123 East Ashley Ave, you can leave your car parked (up to 6 spaces) and enjoy a true beach getaway. We are also a short 2-minute walk to Folly Beach Fishing Pier, and if boating is your thing, the Public Boat Landing is only 1/2 mile away. Escape to “123” and make your vacation dreams come true. (Pack N Play is provided for our little guests :)

Great spot for our group! We were a large group of old friends coming together for a wedding on James Island, and this was the perfect home base. The beds were very comfortable and even with our large group we did not feel crowded. The location was also perfect for going into James Island and Charleston, as well as being right by the beach and Burts 24hr market/deli. We could not have had a better stay, thank you Sheryl and 123 E Ashley!!

This is our third time at this property. Excellent location, great value and perfect size for our extended family. Communication is never an issue, house has plenty of amenities and is overall very comfortable. Very happy we’ve been able to make this our annual spot for Folly Beach!

Quick beach trip

Location was great. Grocery store 100 ft away, restaurants and pier within a block or two, easy walk to the beach or pier. There is an outdoor venue with live music across the street that is a little loud, but they did a nice job of shutting it down by 10 or so. Parking enough for 4 cars. Baths were a little on the small side - and one of them is awkwardly placed in a cubby behind the washer/dryer. Overall, it was a good experience and I would stay here again. The host was very cordial and excellent at response

Great location

Fantastic location--we easily walked to beach, restaurants, and shops, which is great since parking on Folly can be tricky. The house is as described, and met our needs well (family w/ teen and young adult kids plus grandmother). Kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked for a rental. We enjoyed breakfast on the back deck (early, before the sun shines on it) and evening people-watching on the front porch. We worried that the music from nearby restaurants and bars would keep us up, but it was surprisingly quiet inside the house. Sheryl communicated with us throughout our stay and was available to answer questions. We would definitely stay here again.

An Incredible Family Reunion

My cousins and their partners all enjoyed our stay! We enjoyed the convenience of the location and Bert's General Store across the street for all our needs! The night life was fun especially for casual walk around or a themed night! Sheryl was attentive and very communicative. Wonderful clean property!

Wonderful Trip!

We were in town for a girls trip and had a wonderful time. The home is ideally located to the beach, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Just a 20 minute drive to King St. Great communication with Sheryl!

Great beach getaway!

We had an amazing time staying at Folly Beach at this wonderful beach home. It was perfect for our girls trip. A short walk to the beach, steps from the bars and restaurants, comfortable beds, and a beautiful front porch perfect for relaxing and enjoying all the people outside. It really was the perfect location and met all of our needs!!! Highly recommend staying here!

123 was perfect!

The location on Folly was wonderful ... walking distance to everything! The front porch was fantastic. We had coffee out there every morning and "people watched" in the evening. Seven doubles beds for seven women was so great. We love each other but didn't want to share beds. :) Thank you!

Getaway

We (10 of us) came for my nephew's birthday to take him to Patriot's Point. This spot was fantastic. It was so roomy and had everything we could possibly need. The beds are so comfortable. The beach and stores are so close. I was impressed by the laundry room where they had everything labeled. The rules were so easy to follow and had nothing crazy like other places we have stayed. The big front porch was so nice and i personally loved the back porch where I found a little spot I could see the waves. Thanks so much!

Perfect Place

This is our second stay at this location. It has plenty of space and is very comfortable. The location is awesome as you are a stones throw from the market, a block from the ocean, and a block from the main strip. The host went above and beyond to make our stay great. I will be back again next year!! Thanks!!

Wonderfu Family Reunion

Thank you for a wonderful experience. The home was very cozy, clean, well supplied, and especially - comfortable. My family gave high marks for the "homey feel" & the nearness of the "downtown", the beach, and "Bert's" general store was great. All the comforts of home! I hope to use this again in the future. Repeat Stay

We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much we booked this year and will likely book next year. Great location, comfy beds and pillows, well stocked kitchen, really has it all.

After many family vacations to the SC and NC beaches, our family (6 of us) pooled our monies and purchased this sweet beach cottage on Folly Beach. We worked hard to turn this rental into our "Easy as 123" getaway; which means that once we arrive, we have everything we need! We live in Columbia but manage our rental remotely so that we can offer our guests personalized service.

123 East Ashley is a wonderful location in that once you park you won't have to drive again. Local 24-hour grocery/convenience store (Bert's) is right across the street. Beach access is 200 steps away and local shopping, bars, and restaurants are only 1 block down the street.

The entire home features hardwood floors and large eating areas for the entire group to sit down and eat at the same time. Updated with granite, fixtures, and more. The best part is the large front porch where you can enjoy people-watching and even hear the sounds of live music on the weekends.
