The location and distance to the beach was great. Made several trips to Charleston also and that was a short drive. We had a wonderful time.

A group of us planned a last second Labor Day weekend trip.Jessica was super accommodating during the entire process. Check in was super easy and seamless.The property was perfect a 10 second walk to the beach, and had plenty of beach chairs for the 7 of us. The pool was an added bonus, Jessica was on top of everything.

Location was wonderful and it was really nice to come back from the beach, have lunch and get in the pool for more afternoon water time for the kids. The outdoor shower is also great to wash off sand and salt before going to the pool or in the house!

We had a wonderful stay! This was the perfect place for our family, especially with young kids. The beach is right across the street, the pool was a huge bonus, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. Communication was quick and easy, and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to booking another trip in the future!

We had a lovely time at the property. The house was spacious and clean, and the proximity to the beach access made it almost as convenient as staying oceanfront. The owners were helpful and responsive. The house has plenty of chairs and boogie boards to take to the beach. The walk to Center Street and restaurants and shops was short. All in all a great experience.

The property comfortably accomodated eight family members. It was comfortable, clean and convenient (walkable) to both town and the beach. The host was responsive and in communication. A few amenities for ktichen and bathroom would be helpful; but this worked really well for a large group and would stay again.

This was our second stay at Folly beach, but last time we came as a family of 5 (parents and 3 kids) while this time we were 10 (3 adult couples, 5 teenagers). Everyone had a comfortable bed and bathroom without feeling too crowded.Overall we enjoyed a really good stay at "Seas the day"!Key highlights: ocean view from the master bedroom, very short walk to the beach, lots of gear like umbrellas and chairs for the beach, spacious house, easy parking, Weber BBQ, USB plugs in every room, easy connection to the tvs, gas kitchen.Biggest positive surprise was the outdoor pool that kept quite cool and was refreshing and clean; it was not in the listing when we had booked!About Folly Beach itself, we knew what to expect but unfortunately, we got a LOT of rain, pretty much 12 hours/day or more the first four days, which also resulted in a serious leak from the ceiling on the first floor; the owner was very responsive and did their best to repair and manage the leak, and we did get a refund for the inconvenience. The last two days were gorgeous and gave us a full Folly Beach experience including dolphins sighting, bocce ball playing on the sand, walks/runs on the 3 miles beach and even the famous sunrise on the last day,

Great Stay

We loved the house, it was in a great location so close to the beach access and downtown, it was clean and fit our needs perfectly. Jessica was amazing in helping us get checked in and out.

This property is beautiful, well maintained and lives well. It is on second row so you have a good view of the ocean form our balconies and is a very short walk to the beach and the center of town.

We have parking on West Ashely Ave and on Cooper Ave behind the property with 7 parking places so everyone should have a parking spot!
