I truly love east Nashville and Neal’s place is in the heart of it - but beyond the location this house has so much going for it! The private entrance is fantastic, the keypad entry is easy to use, and the amenities are great. This was a 6 out of 5 stay

The rental is exactly as described and pictured. It was spotlessly clean, well stocked, I had great communication with the owner, had secure off street parking, and the rental is within walking distance to MANY restaurants, bars, shops, and coffee spots, as well as being amongst historical, beautifully crafted homes in what is known as the Edgefield area of East Nashville. Definitely a place I’d return to during the next Nashville trip.

Amazing space! Location is close to nightlife and food options. Clean, cozy, and quiet. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed! Hosts provided so much information for guests to use if they aren’t familiar with the area. Also, VERY comfy bed!

This quaint, over garage apartment was just as pictured. Beautifully decorated and clean. The neighborhood was very walkable and soo quiet you were able to hear your footsteps echo on the cobblestone walkways. It was also situated close to beautiful green spaces. Neal the host was very responsive. We were very fortunate to find this gem!
