Great stay for families but not for peace and quiet.

Great location near beach and friendly atmosphere.

Yes, the beach is a social place and the buildings are close together. Thank goodness the neighborhood noise ordinance keeps things quiet after around 9-10. I have had to ask neighbors to quiet down if they are outside after 10 talking too loudly on the neighboring properties. I call the manager and get it resolved as some people are simply unaware of the rules if they do not read their rental agreements. Most property owners take this seriously as they want to keep vacation rentals allowable in San Diego and as a group we all try really hard to educate the guests who come enjoy out neighborhoods. The families are out on the sidewalks with kids on scooters and barbeques blazing. The bayside is so much better for quieter stays with less people around. That is a great option in Mission Beach. Thank you for your input!

Well equipped beach house and great location.

We had a great time at the beach house; if only the weather would have cooperated for our entire stay. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Mission Beach

What a wonderful vacation stay!! The location was perfect and the rental was well supplied and comfortable. The hosts were exceptionally responsive to any questions or situations that we neede help with. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect for our little family

We loved staying at this property. It is a small space and just perfect for our little family of 4 (two littles 3 and 5). It was so close to the beach and we loved walking to Belmont park too.

Great place to stay

Amazing!!

Our stay here was wonderful! The location was perfect. Super close to shops, food, and most importantly the beach! The owner was quick to get back to us with any questions we had as well and it was overall an amazing trip. 5/5 stars and would definitely stay here again!!

Awesome location

Location was perfect ! King size bed was very Comfortable. Her directions to get there were Very helpful. It was perfect for the two of us !

Overall the property and stay was great. Access to beach and areas of interest was convienant.

Loved the unit and the courtyard area. Only downside was the amount of noise from aircraft departing the airport.

Excellent location!

Easy walk to the beach! Nice and clean. A little loud at night when guests were above us but great overall. We’ll visit again!

Cozy beach house!

Really enjoyed staying here. Very cozy, comfortable and the location was great! Mission Market and Lazyeye coffee stand made things very convenient. Perfect for our needs and wants. I highly recommend a a few day stay. 👍🏼👍🏼

The perfect sandcastle

We had such a good time staying in San Diego and a big part is thanks to this property and the family who had allowed us to borrow a piece of their family. This was the perfect getaway spot for my family and I, the property was very clean, easy to find and had everything we needed to make our vacation even more memorable.

Great location

Great location. Nice to have full kitchen. Loved the outdoor separate area. Only complaint is there was no tv I’m bedroom.

Peaceful and homey. Close to the beach and entertainment.

House was welcoming and homey. Beach is a short 3 min walk. Entertainment very close. Very recommended.

Perfect for 2

Perfect location, steps to the beach without being directly on the boardwalk.(don’t want people walking by constantly, looking in etc. super comfortable with windows open! Decorated so cute.covered parking spot a plus!

Loved it!

When the owner says 70 steps from the beach, they meant it! Seriously, we counted! This is in the perfect location, and the property was perfect for a couple’s weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place so close to the Ocean

My husband and I stayed at the little blue bungalow. It is a cute little place. The bungalow was clean and had everything we needed. The outside furniture was nice to have so we could enjoy the outside. The beach and boardwalk is a few steps away. We will stay here again when come back to San Diego.

Perfect location for our family vacation

This location was wonderful. Very close to the beach, and awesome ease to go back and forth with the kids all day. We are a family of 4 with two small children and the size of the space was just right for us. The pull out mattress has seen better days and I would not recommend for an adult but our two small children were fine for the few nights we were there. We appreciated the quick communication, ease of check in, and great location. We would return again!
