We had a wonderful stay at this home near the Virginia Beach boardwalk. The house was spacious, very comfortable, and well-equipped for our family. We especially appreciated all of the beach supplies that were available, which made our trip much easier.For families with young children, the pack ’n play and high chair were a huge bonus and much appreciated. The location was excellent—just an easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and attractions along the boardwalk area.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient Virginia Beach vacation

My family had a great stay at this home. My 3 kids loved staying on the top floor. The beds were comfortable and the home is only a 2 block walk to the beach. It is on a main street so it can be a little noisy in the evenings. Also, the living room and loft furniture, as well as the carpet, was stained. But overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home

Amazing vacation

Had an absolute blast staying at this property with family. Blocks from the beach and main street, can get anywhere pretty quickly. House is very well kept, and communication was great. Would highly recommend.

Our group had a fantastic stay. We were in walking distance of restaurants and shops. We could also walk to the venue where our event was being held. Check-in/out was easy.

Better than I imagined

This property was located conveniently to many activities, restaurants and the beach if you don’t mind a quick and easy walk. The house was perfect and exactly as listed….lovely and clean.

Fantastic location and property!

We stayed for four nights at this property and we had a great time! The quality of the property is superb and it is very close to the Virginia Beach boardwalk and the Atlantic Ocean. Let's put it this way - the TV remote was easy to use - how often do you find that to be the case at a rental property? We had a great time and I highly recommend this property!!

Perfect for our family

The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 3 sets of adults and 2 teens. And the main floor had plenty of room for us to be together. We loved it. Thank you!

Family Vacation/Dance Competition

Our stay was wonderful. Communication was wonderful with the owners. The house was great! We were there for a vacation and dance competition. Most everything was within walking distance. The house is seriously located perfectly between the beach, convention center, grocery store, food options and more.

Great location, great house

The house is clean and nicely laid out. The kitchen is spacious, and there are lots of places for storage. The walk to the beach is relatively short, and there are lots of things to do in the neighborhood. It is on a main street, but we really didn’t notice the noise. Our family really liked the house. I definitely would come back and recommend it to others.

Great place for adults for beach and food/drinks!

The property was updated and fit our group very well. We used every bedroom (the master w/ en suite was big!) but didn't take advantage of the balcony and lounge area as much as expected. The kitchen, dining and livingroom were our mainstays. The beach gear was a nice touch, but I would recommend the owner consider including a small cooler for drinks. The fridge was empty when we arrived. We left some condiments and hope they were able to be used by the next group. Parking was a bit confusing for the entire area. Someone told us we weren't parking in the right spot (blue diamond...our spot for sure) and someone else told us we were using the wrong trash cans (side of the house...ours). The book was a bit outdated, but the crew made sure we knew what to do. Overall...great stay!

Gorgeous beach home but noisy

Let me start by saying this place was beautifully done! It is spacious and the bedrooms are well laid out with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We were traveling with 3 toddlers, so the walk to the beach was a little further than what we had pictured (that is no fault of the host, however). The beach entrance is a little further down making the walk more like a 3-4 block walk to the beach. This would be no trouble for older kids or adults! The only complaint I have during our entire stay is that the level of noise from the street (basically high way) that is right out front is pretty much constant. We had some difficult nights getting all the kids to sleep with the revving of engines and loud motorcycles that were constantly driving past until well after midnight. Again, if you're coming without children, this may not even be a problem. The host was amazing as far as communication was concerned. She reached out just enough to let us know she cared but also did not micromanage our trip. We had a blast overall and it was a great place to stay!

Beautiful and comfortable

The accommodations were spacious and nicely furnished. The host communicated clearly and effectively making our stay extremely comfortable. We were minutes from the beach, stores and restaurants. Our pre teens and teenagers all enjoyed the house. They had their own family area

Sporting arena

The was an excellent place for our group. It is centered in a great location. Easy walk to the boardwalk and a short drive to the Sports arena. The perfect place of our families to relax and enjoy some time at the beach.
