The Registering Guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all other parties and/or guests of the Registering Guest for compliance with this reservation. Per HOA regulations, the unit accommodates only 6 people (including children of all ages). If you have more people, you will not be able to check-in, and your money will not be refunded. The registration fee is paid directly to the resort and it is $46.28 per pass (subject to change without prior notice)

For the guest to enjoy, the complex offers a swimming pool with chair lounges all over the deck, a charcoal grill area, shuffleboard, and a shared tennis and basketball court.
