IMPORTANT:

Check-in time is 4:00 PM CT (5:00 PM during Spring Break, holidays, weekends).

The Registering Guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all other parties and/or guests of the Registering Guest for compliance with this reservation.

The Registration Fee is paid directly to the resort and it is $46.28 per pass (subject to change without prior notice)

Everything went so smoothly. From check-in... our stay... and the day we left. Directions for the amenities available (pool, grill, beach) were simple and easy to follow. The staff working at the condo and locals were friendly and willing to share info on great places to visit in the area.

This property is phenomenal. It was a easy process from the beginning to end. It was very clean and exactly as the pictures described. My family and I will be back for this experience again. It comes with a 10 star recommendation.

Place was not clean, floors dirty. When we walked in - picture in living room hanging half off wall. Dirty plate in the cabinet. Condo is dated

Would not stay here again.

Lamps with missing light bulbs. Ripped up furniture. Unpainted patches on the livingroom wall. Very dirty: dishes, bathrooms, walls, floors, bedding. Pool was closed for almost half our stay.
