The Summit resort is family-friendly, boasting 2 large swimming pools (1 heated in winter), indoor & outdoor hot tubs, poolside tiki bar, onsite convenience store, fitness center, game room, picnic areas with charcoal grills, basketball court, tennis courts, & shuffleboard courts. Absolutely wonderful, we have stayed at a lot of different condos there at The Summit but this one is definitely our new favorite. We always have stayed on the 1st or 2nd floor. Love the 3rd floor view of the ocean.. fully stocked kitchen, beautiful decorated. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo and even better than the pictures represented. The pools are beautiful and well maintained and cleaned daily. Every staff member that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The only issue was with the beach chair service but that has absolutely nothing to do with the unit. Just be prepared to have individuals with chairs and umbrellas set up infront of the provided lounge chairs/umbrella set ups. If we ever return to PCB, we will definitely stay here again.

Property is exactly as pictured. Exceeded expectations and host was awesome to communicate with. Very clean and organized. Air conditioning was very good and the view was amazing. Will definitely come back to this same condo and highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Our stay was great! Place we very clean, host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We were perfectly in the middle of the condominium with a view of the pools and the beach! Easy access to the beach. Attractions within walking distance with little kids!

The room was very clean and better than pictured! Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked great, and the condo had everything you could need! Bikini Bobs food and drinks were great!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The views were absolutely beautiful, and being just steps from the beach made our trip even more relaxing. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was simple and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

Condo was excellent. Clean, well stocked, close to restaurants and shops. 3 hot tubs an 2 pools were great. Full bar and Bikini Bob's on site for good food priced very affordable. Can't wait to come back.

The only complaint was that we had no idea there was construction going on so some mornings we woke up to that, but that is definite out of the unit owners control. We still had a good stay!
