This is an almost new 2 story Condo with master bedroom and bathroom on the main level. The spacious kitchen has everything you might need, a beautiful dinner set for 12, a Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, Ninja blender and WMF cookware. The dining room and living room have breathtaking views. There are two full size leather couches and a gas fire place creating a wonderful warm atmosphere. The deck has a gas grill and adirondack chairs.
On the lower lever are two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as another living room with a large TV and a super comfortable pull out couch . A spacious deck on each level with wonderful mountain views and clear view of Mary's Lake creates a peaceful place to escape. Wild life, deer and elk are regular visitors to your back yard and provide hours of wonderful entertainment. There is one parking spot in the attached garage and two spaces outside. This property was being managed by a management company for the past 2 seasons so no reviews are listed, you can check out our reviews on our other property listed above.
We welcome families with children. If you have a baby there is a packnplay. You do have to provide your own bedding for that. There is also a highchair and a booster seat.
The twin bedroom downstairs has a couple of tubs of toys under the bed and upstairs in the living room there are children books and games.

The property was beautiful! We had 3 adult couples with plenty of room. Location was great for getting into Rocky National Park and so close to downtown Estes. The condo was immaculate and very well stocked. My husband and I use VRBO and Airb quite a bit in our travels and I have to say this property was one of the best!

Wonderful clean space with beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains straight from the backyard. Would highly recommend staying here, especially for anyone visiting the Rocky Mountain national park.

This place was perfect for our family vacation to Rocky Mountain National Park. We comfortably fit 5 adults and 2 children. There were toys available for the kids which was great. Location was extremely convenient to both the park and Estes Park. Would highly recommend this place for time in the mountains!

Communication with host was amazing and any questions were answered quickly. Beautiful, clean and comfy home. Very relaxing atmosphere and the deck had amazing views. Saw elk and got to sit and listen to them bugle. Very highly recommended!!

We were in Estes Park for a wedding, and our group included a toddler. The house and setting were stunning, and there were huge herds of elk outside every morning. We appreciated the extra touches that made it truly family-friendly, including a high chair, pack-n-play, toys, books, and children's dishware. Monika was easy to reach and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family absolutely loved our stay!! Views and family spaces did not dissapoint! We were really able to celebrate time as a large family while also having private spaces to rest and to easily all get ready. Everything was well appointed and easy to find. This is the perfect place to enjoy all that Estes Park has to offer. Minutes from RMNP, this beautiful home is not only immaculate and well appointed, it also has stunning views of the area. My favorite time was relaxing on the deck after a hike and watching the elk herd move through. I can’t recommend it enough!

Nice and quiet neighborhood with a full stocked kitchen. About a 20 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and 10-15 minute drive to Estes Park. The house was clean and the host was very responsive. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out the backyard especially if there’s wildlife.

very beautiful clean property with magnificent mountain view. interaction with host and check-in was quick and easy. sadly no up front and personal wildlife sightings due to the warm temperature. but star gazing from the deck was amazing! we hope to return soon:)

This place was AMAZING! Had a very well sticked kitchen and bathrooms for basic. 2 decks. Elk came up to the deck in the early morning eating the grass. So cool to watch! Very clean.

Great Location

We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. very clean, great location to RMNP and downtown Estes. Would stay again.

We are Terry and Monika Jarvis. Terry originally came from Somerset, England and I am from Southern Germany. We have 4 grown children and 6 grands, most of them in Colorado. We moved to the US over 20 years ago from Austria and love Colorado with its mountains, clean air, blue skies and wonderful friendly people.
We have done a ton of traveling in our life and never tire of beautiful places.
As a family we love to come to the condo whenever possible and just never tire of sitting on the deck watching wildlife, the mountains, the lake or just reading a good book. I have loved setting up the condo and added many things that I would enjoy if I were to go stay at a rental. Hope you feel at home and have a great time.

We started doing vacation rentals in our mother in law apt of our house in Larkspur and have loved it. Then a few years later we bought a cottage in Estes and used it for vacation rentals. This condo we bought a couple of years ago brand new. We couldn't resist the amazing views.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The condo is large enough to spread out if you are a large group. Yet even if there is only two of you it is very cosy and comfortable. Having two large tv's is convenient if not everyone wants to watch the same movies.
