The Casita is a cozy 2 bedroom, one bath, small dog friendly home is on a corner lot in a family friendly neighborhood just minutes from major attractions like Busch Gardens-Water Country. The area is rich with historical sites. Be sure to visit Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. There is a shopping center with a Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance from the property.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except the garage and sheds. Please use the home as if it is your own and help me keep it ready for the next guests that will be checking in.

Pets
NOTE: Well behaved small dogs are welcome at the Casita. I do not allow them on the couches or beds. If this is ok at home please bring covers for the couches and your own linens. Also I ask for them to be kenneled if left at home alone. This ensures there will be no damage caused by separation anxiety. Also please pick up the poop. When sending your request to stay, please include in the message that you agree to these rules and I will be happy to host. Thank you.

House is clean and at a great location for exploring Williamsburg. Had a great sisters getaway. We enjoyed the Williamsburg Players performance of Freaky Friday and mead and honey tasting at Silver Hand Meadery.

We had an excellent stay! The property had a large fenced in backyard with a deck. This was enjoyable after a day seeing all the sites that most were close to the home. Virginia Beach just an hour away too! House was very clean, stocked kitchen for cooking meals and very comfortable beds. I would highly recommend a stay!

This is our 5th time at this home and it will not be the last. Ryan is a fantastic host. The house is the perfect destination if you are looking for a visit to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country USA. It is also very easy to get to other area attractions/areas like Jamestown, Yorktown, and Virgina Beach. The house itself is like being at our home away from home.

House was nice ,to bad we had to leave right away. We literally walked in and my wife saw something running up the wall. Yep cockroaches. He actually knew about the infestation. Please be aware. Turned around and we drove 360 miles back home . Vacation ruined. Roaches carry diseases, it was in the kitchen. Who knows what they crawled over as far as utensils and plates. I got my money refunded so that's a plus.

Home was clean and very cozy. We had some rainy weather so it was nice to be at a home instead of being cooped up in a hotel room. Home was very close to attractions.

Great place

Ryan, has a nice place close to most everything that Williamsburg has to offer. The property has everything that you would need for your stay plus a couple of nice extras.

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in and check-out were super easy, which made everything simple. The location was perfect — just minutes from Busch Gardens and close to plenty of activities. Being only about an hour from Virginia Beach was a huge bonus. The place was clean, comfortable, and a great home base. Highly recommend!

Nice stay in Williamsburg

The property listing is accurate, and the fenced in backyard was great for our dog. Communication with the homeowner was easy.

Yes, the host was responsive to any messages i sent. The house had a wonderful backyard for the dogs, a great big kitchen and was easy to find.

Great home!

Perfect in every way, between cleanliness and comfort of beds to how well stocked the home was. We enjoyed being so close to everything and Ryan was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Older couple...perfect place.

Convenient to all attractions. Very well kept with all necessitys. Easy check in and out. Clean, cozy, comfortable and close to historic attractions.

Initially I chose this property because its centrally located in Williamsburg. I lived in the home for 5 years and worked hard to transform this place into a modern travelers home. This is my first and only vacation home. I live and work nearby. I love living here and welcome travelers to come and enjoy this place I call home. I like how I can get around town by bike or walking. My dogs(chihuahuas) Sprocket and Chico love chasing the squirrels around the College of William & Mary and strolling down Duke of Gloucester aka DOG street. Since I have lived in the area. 5 breweries have opened as well as excellent restaurants nearby. There are 3 wineries close by. The Williamsburg Winery is the closest to the home. I hope you choose to stay at my place and enjoy everything Williamsburg has to offer.

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet most of the time. I love my neighbors in our tight knit community. We watch out for one another and share veggies in the summertime. They will wave and welcome you to the neighborhood during your stay.
