This stunning 9th floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Majestic Sun 905A, vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort will kick start your vacation when you walk in the door to see the fresh and inviting colors throughout. It offers beach views from all common areas and the private balcony! With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.

Upon entering this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, make your way straight to the living and dining room area and take in the breathtaking view of the sugary soft white sand and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The updated living area has an HDTV, a queen size sleeper, as well as access to the private balcony with lounge chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a family meal and has quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master king suite offers an HDTV and private bathroom with double vanities. The second bedroom is a bunk room with two twin over twin bunk beds, and HDTV, and an attached bathroom. Each bedroom is decorated in nautical colors that are perfect for a beach vacation. This vacation rental condo offers a washer and dryer in the unit and can easily accommodate up to 8 guests.

At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf car rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays, otherwise, a 3 night minimum year-round.
