Amazing location!

The house is well located, clean, easy check in and check out, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The whole family loved it!!!

The beach house location was great and the layout worked well for our large group! We had a few issues that kept me from giving a higher rating, but the owners were prompt in reconciling those issues.

We had a great time here lots of open space in the house to hang out with each other and play games. Amazing view of the beach. We had 23 staying here and had to do about two loads of towels over the 3 days so you might want to bring an additional bath towel per person along with the beach towels. Overall great stay!

The location of the property is amazing! The house is well appointed with nice beds and furniture. There was even a surprise - an elevator which made it accessible to our entire family. The property had a few issues, but the maintenance team was responsive.

It was a very nice house that worked great for our family. I would definitely stay there again. There were just a couple of things that needed attention, one was the oven door was broke so we couldn’t use the oven and two the gate access to the public beach needs a gate code added. So many random people came off the beach and used the pool and at times it was extremely uncomfortable and strange people.

Best place in gulf shores

We had an amazing vacation at what I think is the best place in Gulf Shores. It is close enough to walk to all the fun stuff and avoid sitting in traffic. The nights were quiet. We left our bedroom window open and listened to waves all night. Plenty of beds, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of kitchen and dining/gaming space. I can’t recommend this house enough. I know it’s pricey, and I am super cheap, but it was worth every cent and I’m so happy we chose it.

Never cleaning pool and community area. When we arrived none day we were stay here

Didn't have enough towels, didn't have any extra toilet paper, the trash container was always full, the pool was always dirty, there was sand on the beds , when we got there the house had a lot of sand when we entered, and they never cleaned the community area, the drawers in the rooms were full of trash, and the elevator never worked.

Convenient to everything and big enough for multiple families

The house was perfect for 3 families. Plenty of room with extra room if needed. It is beach front with a pool that was shared between all 4 units. The pool had a lot of sand in it and we called maintenance and they were very prompt in cleaning/vacuuming the pool. There was a bar/restaurant, mainly bar, directly behind the unit behind this one. Public beach access right beside, therefore on Saturday and Sunday, we had to set up by 7am to get a spot, otherwise it was elbow to elbow...although it was a Memorial Day Weekend. We grilled out every night and they had very nice grills downstairs that were perfect for grilling everything from ribs to steak for 15-20 people. All in all, the place was very nice and very roomy and very new. The management company was very responsive and the house was convenient to everything. Parking was great. Would stay here again.
