Cozy and peaceful home with trees in country setting. Absolutely loved sitting on the deck and enjoying view and loved hot tub! House very cozy with everything we needed. Downstairs bed very soft … the only downside to house! We didn’t sleep too well. Kids told us upstairs bed hard. (But they slept well) If master bed was more comfortable, we would definitely stay again!

Comfortable, clean, very private, great host! The supplied coffee was an unexpected bonus. In all my previous rentals, this has never been provided. If you’re looking for a place away from the congestion (but not far) of Colorado Springs, consider this!

House was clean and easy to get into! The views were great and even got to see some deer in the yard. The host was nice and very fast at responding. Would visit here again.

This was a beautiful property....close enough to the larger towns but far enough "out" in nature and it felt very private. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch just watching the birds and deer (we saw the deer everyday - does and bucks just hanging out) And, it was so quiet and peaceful. It's a really cute house with everything you need. We did a lot of cooking and laundry with no issues!! Both bathrooms are downstairs, fyi, with one bedroom downstairs, and one bedroom upstairs, plus the loft with the pull out couch. Plenty of outdoor space, and the hot tub was great (nice and hot with strong jets and very clean). The price was very fair for a place with BOTH a hot tub and A/C. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cabin with great amenities

We loved our stay at Joshua’s property! It has beautiful views with plenty of wildlife. The covered patio area was perfect for when it sprinkled and the hot tub was great! 10/10 would stay here again.
