Wonderful house in a perfect neighborhood. Perfect hide out for visiting Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak.Contact with the hosts was very good and they are keen on giving the visitors a wonderful stay.

The property was decorated beautifully.Close to grocery store and eating areas.The extra air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms was very good.Upstairs deck has a pretty Mountain View.

We've stayed in a lot of rentals. This one by far has been the best. I loved the little details that were thought about. This felt like a home, very comfortable. Communication was great. Looking forward to staying here again.

This home was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how gorgeous and immaculately clean everything was. It is beautifully designed and fully stocked with every single amenity we could have possibly needed for a comfortable, stress-free stay.Beyond the stunning property itself, the communication was flawless. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect—close to so many great restaurants, shopping, and attractions, while still being a peaceful place to come back to after a day of exploring.The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming, and we truly appreciated all the little touches. We spent our days enjoying everything the Colorado Springs area has to offer and loved coming back each evening to relax.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for helping make our Colorado vacation so memorable!

Wonderful rental! Will stay again.

This house was perfect for our family to relax and unwind. We loved the property. The house was beautifully decorated and had all that we needed for our stay. The Mountain Views in the morning are unforgettable and we look forward to staying here again if we come back to Colorado Springs. They had all the amenities and communication with the owner was above and beyond.

Very nice home away from home - beds were very comfy and it had plenty of fresh towels! Location was great, close to our event and existing family in CO! Nice quiet neighborhood. Thank you for the immediate response when we did contact owner. Overall, highly recommend this home!

Prior to your arrival, the rugs had been professionally shampooed to ensure the home was fresh and clean for your stay. We understand you mentioned that this may have caused some discomfort, and we take that seriously. Since your stay, we have adjusted our process and now use more natural, low-odor products when cleaning rugs and upholstery, specifically to avoid this type of issue for future guests. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address any concerns in real time, and we would have been happy to assist if we had known sooner.

This house was wonderful. Large, very clean, comfortable beds, everything well stocked and in good order. The owner is extremely easy to get a hold of and is responsive to problems and questions. The only con was that the home had a fairly strong chemical/exhaust/gasoline smell that seeped inside from the garage. Every person in our party could detect the smell although the owner denied being able to smell it himself. Otherwise we had a nice, enjoyable stay.

Thank you for recognizing that the home was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and that we were responsive throughout your stay. Regarding the reported odor, we did not dismiss your concern. We promptly inspected the garage thoroughly with several other people present, and no one detected a chemical, exhaust, or gasoline odor. There is no gasoline stored in the garage and no vehicle inside that could produce exhaust fumes. Although we were unable to identify or reproduce what your party experienced, we took the concern seriously and investigated it carefully.
