Canyon Retreat in the City

Resort living in town with amazing view of Pikes Peak. Fully furnished, 3 bedroom with sparkling clean hot tub and private patio. Private full first floor living space/apartment. Located in the high end, Rockrimmon area, guests have a secluded, private entrance full basement apartment. Their own sparkling clean salt water spa, fire pit with city overlook, patio with dining for 6. Newly remodeled with new flooring, appliances and much more. Safe neighborhood with amazing views for a very reasonable price. Please note that we have a strict no smoking policy and we are not 420/mjm friendly. If you are looking for a college party experience, please look elsewhere. (thanks for understanding!) Also, please note that there are no shared spaces, but my wife and I live in the upper level. You likely will not see us after checkin. FYI: we are a legal and permitted property: Colorado Springs permit: STR-1156

We loved our stay! The home was just what we needed and a great location for all of our local activities. The view from the fire pit can’t be beat either! Steve was an excellent host and we will definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Awesome location and hosts.2 suggestions - a couple firmer pillow options, and better toilet paper. Otherwise fave stay in the area so far. Good people.

Oh my goodness I am so embarrassed. The cleaner left our camping toilet paper in the bathroom instead of the toilet paper we usually leave. It is meant to dissolve quickly in the camper toilet that is why it is so thin! So sorry about that!

What a beautiful place to unwind. You enjoy the hottub and a beautiful peak of Pikes Peak and then you go enjoy the firepit and have an amazing view of the skyline. Also enjoyed all the wildlife. A momma deer and her 3 babies just strolling through. Owls, just beautiful. The host Steve and Ann are such awesome people. You won't be disappointed. They keep the property in such beautiful conditions. The landscape as you are enjoying the hottub are second to none.

The views of the mountains and valley are incredible. Loved the hot tub and outdoor seating areas to include the firepit. The unit was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee bar. Owner was very accommodating, responsive, and available. When the water pitcher needed a new filter, I contacted the owner and he brought a new one quickly. Steve also responded to all my communications within minutes and he was very helpful. The owners are a lovely couple and we would definitely stay there again.

Amazing home, even more amazing views! Hot tub will fit your entire family and is very relaxing. Great, great location. We have stayed in several VRBOs and the owners were the best! Very responsive. Book it, you won't regret it!

The establishment was clean, efficient, and very welcoming, and your response to any questions was always timely.The rooms are open and spacious, and the beds are so comfortable that it is hard to get out of them. The living room is also very welcoming and comfortable. The hot tub is a big plus for relaxing and unwinding, and the location is great, as it is close to many fun spots. We really enjoyed visiting Manitou Springs—the shops are wonderful and the art is beautiful. Crepes Amara is a good place to have breakfast and dinner The Brit Pub. The only recommendation I have for future guests is to check the weather forecast daily.This is a great place for a staycation!

This apartment was gorgeous on the inside and offered amazing mountain views on the outside. Amenities galore for a very reasonable price! We did not use the hot tub, but it was nice, clean, and would be very relaxing on a quiet evening. The beds were all very comfortable. Everyone slept well each night. The location of this property is amazing. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We were relatively close to all of the locations we visited. Steve was a wonderful, friendly host and we enjoyed our visits with him. We would definitely stay here again if we visit. Thank you!

There's is only great to say about this immaculate, roomy 3 bedroom!! The view is beautiful, and only enhanced my time hiking during the day to return, shower in the lovely bathroom, and eat dinner out by the firepit. A soak in the outdoor hottub for the muscles, and ready for the next day! BEAUTIFUL wildlife, even hummingbirds . Super roomy, clean, well equipped. The owners are great, and I would absolutely stay here again and again as I return to the area.

Wonderful property! Beautiful views and very convenient to touristy things. Home was clean and spacious. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive. If we're ever in Colorado Springs again we'll definitely stay here.

Great location with comforts of home

If you want a quiet comfortable place with lovely views, close to attractions in the Springs, this is a great place to stay. The hosts are welcoming and very helpful.

Our Canyon Retreat is newly remodeled with wonderful amenities. Hot tub, fire pit, woodturning fireplace, kitchen and dining for 6 people both inside and out. Easy access to many attractions and is situated in a very safe, high end neighborhood with off street parking for 2 cars. You will love the covered patio with a fountain and party lights.
