Sun-Rise is a modern 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath home that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. You will be embraced in warmth and comfort as soon as you walk through the front door. Morning's will quickly become your favorite time of day, as you sip a hot coffee on your private balcony, while the sun rises over snow canyon. Spend your days adventuring through the desert mountains or swimming at the resort style pool and waterpark at Paradise Village. The expansive, fully equipped kitchen, grill, and indoor/outdoor seating make hosting friends and family a breeze! Take a walk along one of the many walk/bike baths right out your front door for a nice sunset stroll. After a long day in the sun, wind down in your own private hot tub, under the starry desert sky. Whether you are out exploring or lounging poolside; you are sure to have extravagant views, timeless memories, and comfort while staying at Sun-Rise!

June 2024 stay

We had a great time, the accomodations were great, it fit us perfect. We all had our own bathroom, bedroom, and lots of room for gathering and eating. We enjoyed all the pools which were just a very short walk away from our fromnt door. We will be back again.

Somewhat disappointing stay

This was our second time back to paradise village with redsands. Compared to our unit last year, this unit was disappointing. We arrived to ants and cockroaches in the unit. To redsands credit, they were quick to have the unit sprayed and it wasn't an issue the rest of the time. But there were other complaints. There was no sponge for doing dishes, no cooking spray for the pans. These are things I've never had to buy when staying in a rental home. The beds were incredibly loud whenever you adjusted, often waking your spouse. The furniture was not comfortable. The entertainment center was a complete mess with wires, remotes, and random stuff thrown all about inside. The water filter on the fridge needs replacing. The garage wreaked of baby poo as I'm sure the previous guests disposed of dirty diapers in the garbage can (I acknowledge not much can be done there). None of this ruined our trip, and we still enjoyed our stay, but definitely did not meet expectations.

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful visit. It was very close to 2 community pools/splash pads. The house and community were clean and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Property

We loved having the opportunity to stay here with our best friends. We are trying to make it a point to spend more time with our families together and this house provided the perfect space to do that. The bunk room worked great for our older kiddos and the other two bedrooms were large enough to fit pack and plays for our littles. The property was quick to respond to our questions and sent someone over quickly when one of our toilets wasn't flushing. The proximity to the pool was awesome and our kiddos LOVED the water slide and jumping off the rocks into the water. I appreciate that they didn't have a laundry list of check out requirements which made the morning we left so relaxed, especially with 5 littles running around. There is opportunity to enhance the amenities list to include things like there being two pack and plays available, we brought our own, a coffee pot and bean grinder available, including small things like cooking oil etc. There were basic spices like salt and pepper but that was it. It would be nice to include a garage door opener so it can be utilized more easily, but overall wasn't a huge pain point.

It was a great location! we loved all the pools! The house was super nice. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Kept us cool from the heat as well. Kids also enjoyed pickelball.

Paradise Village

None of the garbage bins had bags in them, and it was very frustrating to have to hunt down the mini bags and do a chore before starting our vacation. Also, the main hot tub was open so we thought it's be fine even though the water was green, murky, and smelled like old dirty socks. However, the next day, the kids who had gone in the hot tub were throwing up or having diarrhea. Anyone who didn't go in the hot tune was fine. It ruined half of our trip, yet the only compensation the company was willing to give us was 15% off an extra night 😒. Other than that the home was great, but these other struggles sucked.

Lots of fun in the Sun!

Very well maintained home with all the amenities for home away from home. The home was clean upon arrival but there were 4 cockroaches that made appearances while we were there. Other than that the home was impeccably clean. The only reason I didnt give the stay a 5 star rating was that the cleaners showed up before checkout time and informed us it was checkout time. Also we went to the kids pool the day of our departure but they didnt start the pumps on the slides until after 10 AM even though it was clearly posted that the pool opened at 9 AM. I would stay here again but management needs to address the cockroach, pool and cleaning service problems.

Gummie Nerd Clusters and Cockroach

The kitchen floor and family room floor had chips and gold fish crackers still on them. There is no way the kitchen floor had been mopped recently. We obeyed the house rule of no shoes, so that resulted in black feet. One of the beds looked like it had been professionally made by the cleaning crew, so figured it had clean sheets. The next morning I discovered a handful of gummie nerd clusters in the bed. Not fun realizing you slept in a strangers dirty sheets. The property management company did send someone over to change the sheets, and the people left their plastic water bottles. The second night a cockroach was found in a bag. Property management was contacted and we were told they do spray but they do sneak in. I wouldn't mind a spider sneaking in, but a cockroach? It was probably from the chips, goldfish crackers and gummie nerd clusters. Can't figure out why I was charged a cleaning fee since it clearly wasn't cleaned.

Best chill vacation

This was perfect for our week getaway to just chill and relax. We love Paradise Village and love to stay here anytime we go to St George. This particular rental was in the perfect spot to get to both pools, to walk the path/bike trail at the nearby park and to pickle ball courts. We love the lazy River, my teens and adult children really enjoyed it! I do wish the fitness center at paradise village was in better repair, but the condo we stayed in was great! The kitchen is well stocked and they even had some pool toys we could use. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

Perfect!

Absolutely loved our stay at this home! Perfect for a family get away especially if you have children. So many things close by without having to drive far. The pools were perfect for the kids to get some energy out. The house itself was well equipped with everything you could want. Service was excellent, quick and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend!

My family loved this property. The private hot tub was our deciding factor to choosing this property and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed it every day of our stay. We loved everything about the home and would definitely come back again.

Paradise Village 58

The house was beautiful and the customer service from Red Sands was excellent. We thought we just didn't know how to use the remotes so Red Sands had maintenance come right over. The remotes were fine, this house just doesn't have cable service, so no TV. Luckily we had an iPad so we could stream the Thanksgiving day football games - if that wasn't the case it would have been an issue. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Comfy beds and pillows.

Fun Vacation Spot

We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were nice. The kitchen and bathrooms seemed pretty clean and decently stocked. We did feel that the carpet and orange chairs and bed pillows and covers could really use a good steam clean. Our feet were black from walking around barefoot. Most homes we've stayed at have had seran wrap and aluminum foil, which were not provided in the kitchen which would've been really nice to have. I also noticed there was no peeler or wisk in the kitchen, both of which would've been useful. The shower basic staples were nice since my kids didn't bring their stuff. We enjoy this area and the pools!

Not very clean

So we loved the home, the beds, and the hot tub. Only problem we encountered was the cleanliness. The place was filthy! Now, it looked clean, but once you started looking, it was horrible. We had a 1-year old with us who is just starting to walk. We let him walk around as soon as we got in, and in about 5 minutes his feet were black! I took a wet paper towel to the kitchen floor and it was filthy! There was dust on everything (the filter needs changing), and the giant dead cockroach is still under the bed in the upstairs bathroom. One kid dropped a sock behind the bunkbed, and in his effort to get it pulled out tons of trash/wrappers/cups/bugs/etc. The carpet has also taken a beating as it's super stained--evidently past guests have not taken their shoes off, which is understandable given how dirty the floor and carpet is. We also found wrappers, cans, dead bugs, and lots of dirt/dust under the couches and chairs. The toilets were clean, and on the surface things looked clean, but it was far from it. We won't be renting a place in Paradise Village again.
