It is a pet friendly home with a fenced in backyard and spacious patio including a hot tub and offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with a sleeper sofa. The house was very charming on the inside and very clean. Just what we needed for a quick weekend get away with the kids. The back yard was inviting with a fenced in yard for the dog and a hot tub. We would stay again.

Cute and quaint stay!

This was a perfect location for us to be near family but have our own little clean retreat to relax in. Owners are very communicative and the overall process was very easy.

Great place

We really enjoyed the property. It had everything we needed and we loved the great big yard where we did an Easter egg hunt and enjoyed some meals on the patio. Great supplies Anne accommodating hosts. We would recommend to others traveling through!

Great location and house

Dog friendly house, that is central to everything around Knoxville. Lovely safe neighborhood, easy access to major highways, restaurants, and airport.

We had a lovely time here. The only thing is the lights outside don’t work fully and the double sofa bed didn’t have bed sheets or blankets provided.

Great pet-friendly home in a quiet neighborhood, close to amenities. The house was clean and the large fenced backyard was perfect for pets to explore. Backyard lighting is limited, so a flashlight comes in handy after dark. We didn’t use the hot tub during our 4-night stay, but overall had a comfortable visit.

Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great stay at this nice little home. It was comfortable and clean. The large fenced back yard was great for our dog. Neighborhood is in a great location close to many amenities. We spent Thanksgiving here with our adult children and had a great stay. We would stay here again! Thanks Brandon!

Quiet and perfect

This was the perfect stop on our very long road trip. The neighborhood was quiet and my dogs loved the room to run! Thank you so much, I will definitely keep this listing in mind for the future!

We did not bring pets. Cleanliness was fine. Building and grounds needed some TLC. Kitchen needed more flatware. Kitchen also needed more dishwasher pods and other kitchen must haves.

I’m sorry your stay was so terrible that you had to leave us a 3 star review. For future reference if you stay somewhere, it helps if you ask the host for the things that you may need. I would have helped by giving you extra pods and bringing more flatware. If I don’t know about it, I can’t help you.

Perfect spot unplanned trip

Rented the house for my sister's funeral. Host was very responsive and flexible. House was clean, check in easy. Huge backyard and nice patio for entertaining but we did not use it this trip. 4 adults and 3 dogs and had enough room. Rental seemed bigger than pictures.

Great country niche close to Knoxville

Overall good. The location is convenient to Knoxville and Maryville with a very quiet and country feel. Pluses are two very nice bedrooms that were very comfortable. Fridge is large and works well. On site laundry is a plus. Spacious living a kitchen complete the soace. The hot tub is older and amost of the jets don’t work. I
