Frank's Cozy Cape Cod Beach Cottage

This cozy beach cottage is a perfect getaway for those seeking a classic Cape Cod vacation.

The homes positioning on the street provides beautiful natural lighting from the crack of dawn until the sun sets.

The house was purchased in October and since then everything has been renovated. The renovations include a beautiful outdoor patio perfect for grilling and entertaining guests, an outdoor shower, bathroom, kitchen, living room, both bedrooms, and the sun-room which is the perfect place to wind down with a cocktail after a day on the beach.

The proximity could not be more ideal - 5 minute walk to the beach, Sundae School, the Ocean House, the Pelham House, the Wee Packet, Bandera's Market, Wooden Shoe, Woolfies Bakery, and many other local establishments.

The house sleep 4 comfortably with an additional pull-out mattress in the living room if needed for a 5th guest. The house has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds - perfect for the kids.

This was the cutest cottage in a perfect location. Our family of 4 had a great stay. Property was accurately described & met all of our needs. Loved the beach chairs & boogie boards provided. Our favorite beach (Mayflower) was only a 20 minute drive away. I’d recommend Frank’s place to anyone!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Frank’s Cottage! Beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked with supplies in a cute neighborhood. Our teens loved the porch! Frank was super helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend.

Frank’s house in Dennis was absolutely perfect! We stayed for 3 nights with our two little ones and it was everything we wanted; short drive to things we needed: groceries, restaurants, convenience stores, ect. We loved being able to walk with our kids to the beach and ice cream rather than pack up the car. It is the perfect location in Dennis! The house was also great for our family of 4! We loved the backyard area and spent a lot of time in the sunroom. It has everything we needed. We will 100% be back!

Adorable property with every amenity you could need. In a great location with the beach and restaurants in walking distance or you can take a quick drive in just about every direction and find something to do or eat!

Great home base to explore

We had a great stay at Frank’s place. Close to great restaurants and beaches. Great location to explore from with many great spots within a 30 minute drive. Had one question and Frank responded and helped right away.

I wish I could say this was exactly as advertised but it was BETTER! It really was a cozy cottage only better. The place was immaculate with everything we might need. And Frank was really great about communicating!My friends and I particularly loved the different "zones" so we could eat and laugh together while also being able to have more intimate chats, or simply step aside on our own to read, have phone calls, or sleep in or get up early on our own schedules. The screened in porch was a perfect spot to curl up in with a cup of coffee as was the front living room and back yard; they were all so very close to but separate from the kitchen and bed rooms.What a perfect spot - close to everything without being on top of anyone and seemingly a world away from the shacks and hotels in a lovely residential area. We very much hope to stay there again!

Great Little Family Getaway

This was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay over a long weekend. The bonus sunroom was our favorite room to relax in. We couldn’t get the washing machine to start and found the beds a tad squeaky but would definitely stay here again. Great location and cozy.

The cottage was perfect for our stay. Everything from the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping was exactly what we were looking for. Frank is extremely responsive and helpful during the checkin process and during the stay. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again soon!

We had such a great stay at Frank’s Cozy Cottage! The cottage was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The host was extremely responsive and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The location is ideal — close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!
