The condo was nice. Not much of a view off the balcony but nice to sit out on. Liked the place but probably will look for something closer to downtown next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was great—quick and easy to get into town and to the beach. The unit itself was ideal and had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway. Joan was an excellent host, very communicative, and made everything easy from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again!

This was our third year staying at Joan’s Ocean Walk condo. We were so impressed during our first visit that we’ve increased the length of our stays every time since and we are booked again for 2027. The photos of the condo are an accurate representation of what you can expect from the moment you open the door and walk in and it is extremely clean and comfortable. The condo is situated in a quiet location and the second floor balcony is private and has nice views. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this condo to friends and family.Joan is a great host and easy to communicate with.

Great vacation spot tucked in the back of a nice condo complex! Very quiet and clean, and less than 20 minute walk to the town. Host is great about messaging with any questions. 10/10 recommend!

The Air Conditioner in the apartment is too large and blows too hard in the master bedroom to the point of losing sleep. The owner needs have a professional company address this ASAP.The community should hire a better landscape company, it’s not horrible. The place is cleaned and close to the beach.

Very clean and comfortable property. Perfectly located for an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the pier. Our host was welcoming and made the check in process super easy. We had a great stay.
